- Walk on a plait of electroconducting from a ljambda-probe and disunite a contact socket. Liberate burn down electroconductings from all intermediate clamps so that the gauge could be removed together with a collector.
- Remove a reception pipe of system of release of the fulfilled gases (Systems of release and decrease in toxicity of the fulfilled gases see).
- Disconnect a sleeve поддачи the warmed-up air from a branch pipe of a final collector, turn out fixing bolts and remove a branch pipe.
- Remove tips of high-voltage wires from spark plugs of the first, second and third cylinders. Release and remove from a collector thermofilters of candles, - take advantage of special head КМ-834.
- Give nuts of fastening of a collector to a head of cylinders. Remove a collector together with a sealing lining and take it from an impellent compartment.
- Check up hairpins of fastening of a collector on presence of signs of development of corrosion and mechanical damages, damages, in case of need make replacement.
- Make sure of absoluteness of cleanliness and dryness of interfaced surfaces, lay a new sealing lining.
- Establish a collector, screw new fixing nuts and tighten them with demanded effort.
- Grease a carving part of thermofilters with high-temperature greasing, wrap screens and tighten them with demanded effort. Establish tips of candle wires.
- Establish on a collector a branch pipe, screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort. Establish a sleeve of giving of the warmed-up air.
- Attach electroconducting to a ljambda-probe, track correctness of a lining and reliability of fixing of a plait.
- Establish a reception pipe of system of release of the fulfilled gases (Systems of release and decrease in toxicity of the fulfilled gases see).

Engines of 1.4 and 1.6 l DOHC
|
|
- Uncover маслозаливной mouths, turn out fixing screws and remove a protective casing of the engine. Walk on a plait of electroconducting from a ljambda-probe and disunite a contact socket. Liberate burn down electroconductings from all intermediate clamps so that the gauge could be removed together with a collector.
- Turn out fastening bolts to a collector of a reception pipe of system of release of the fulfilled gases, separate a pipe and remove a sealing lining. Turn out three fixing bolts and remove a thermofilter.
- Give nuts of fastening of a collector to a head of cylinders. Remove a collector with a lining and take it from an impellent compartment.
- Establish a collector on the regular place (Engines SOHC, item 6-8 see above).
- Establish a new lining between a collector and a reception pipe of system of release of the fulfilled gases, screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort.
- Attach electroconducting to a ljambda-probe, track correctness of a lining and reliability of fixing of a plait.

Engines of 1.8 l
|
|
- Uncover маслозаливной mouths, turn out fixing screws and remove a protective casing of the engine. Turn out fastening bolts to a collector of a reception pipe of system of release of the fulfilled gases, separate a pipe and remove a sealing lining.
- Empty cooling system (Routine maintenance see the Head).
- Ослабьте a collar also disconnect from the case of the thermostat the big hose.

- Turn out three fixing bolts and remove from a collector a thermofilter.
|
|
- Turn out a bolt of fastening of an arm of a directing tube щупа measurements of level of impellent oil. Reject a tube aside.

- Give fixing nuts and remove a collector, the sealing lining is subject to replacement without fail.
|
|
- Establish a collector (Engines SOHC, item 6-8 see above).
- Establish into place a thermofilter (the bottom bolt more shortly the others), connect to the thermostat a hose охладительного a path. Fill cooling system (Routine maintenance see the Head).
- Connect to a collector a reception pipe of system of release of the fulfilled gases, - do not forget to replace a sealing lining.
- Establish a protective casing of the engine.

Engines of 2.0 l
|
|
- Remove from a head of cylinders two shipping eyes.
- Disconnect from a head a forward hose of system of cooling, - do not disconnect a tube.
- Turn out fixing screws and remove a thermofilter.
- Give fixing nuts and remove a collector, the sealing lining is subject to replacement without fail.
- Establish a collector (Engines SOHC, item 6-8 see above).
- Connect to a collector a reception pipe of system of release of the fulfilled gases, - tighten fixing bolts with demanded effort.
- Establish on a collector a thermofilter, screw bolts of its fastening and tighten them with demanded effort.
- Connect to a head of cylinders a forward tube of system of cooling.
- Establish on a head of cylinders transport eyes, - track reliability of a tightening of bolts.
