Removal and installation of components of system of the central injection of fuel Multec
Fuel injector
|
|
Before definitively to affirm as opinion on an injector exit out of operation, try to add in fuel any of the automobile engines of additives approved by manufacturers. Make sure also that the fuel tank is not polluted. |
|
|
- Dump pressure in the power supply system (Sbrasyvanie of pressure in the power supply system of petrol engines see), then disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
- Ослабьте a collar also disconnect an inlet air line from a cover of the case of a throttle. Disconnect from a cover also vacuum hoses and ventilation hoses картера. Turn out fixing screws and uncover with a sealing ring the throttle case.

Release a clamp and disconnect from an injector electroconducting.

- Turn out the fixing screw.

Cнимите a plate of fastening of an injector.

- Take an injector in gathering with a sealing ring from a landing nest in the throttle case. Will throw out sealing rings, - at installation they is subject to replacement without fail.

Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to replace a sealing ring. Track, that the bolt of fastening of an injector has been tightened with demanded effort.

Regulator of pressure of fuel
|
|
At the moment of drawing up of the present Management components of a regulator of pressure separately on the market of spare parts were not delivered. In case of failure replace the throttle case in gathering. Despite basic possibility of dismantling and regulator procleaning assort only as a last resort. |
|
|
- Dump pressure in the power supply system (Sbrasyvanie of pressure in the power supply system of petrol engines see), then disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
- Ослабьте a collar also disconnect an inlet air line from a cover of the case of a throttle. Disconnect from a cover also vacuum hoses and ventilation hoses картера. Turn out fixing screws and uncover the throttle case in gathering with a sealing ring.

- With marker mark position of a cover of a regulator concerning the throttle case. Turn out screws of fastening of a cover of a regulator.
|
|
- Uncover, take a saddle of a spring and a spring, take out a diaphragm, try to remember adjusting position of components. Remove all traces of a dirt, check up a diaphragm condition, - in case of revealing of signs of deterioration or damage replace the throttle case.

|

Installation is made upside-down. Track, that all fixture has been tightened with demanded effort.

The step-by-step engine of system of stabilisation of turns of idling
|
|
- Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
- For the purpose of maintenance of adequate access ослабьте a collar also disconnect an inlet air line from a cover of the case of a throttle. Disconnect from a cover air and vacuum hoses, turn out fixing screws and uncover the case together with a sealing ring.

- Release a clamp and disconnect electroconducting from the step-by-step engine established in a forward part of the case of a throttle.

Turn out fixing screws and accurately take the electromotor from the case, - try not to damage плунжер. Remove from the electric motor a sealing ring, - at assemblage it is subject to replacement without fail.

|
- Installation is made upside-down. For check of serviceability of functioning of system of stabilisation of turns of idling measure size выступания плунжера () from the electric motor, - the result of measurement should make no more than 28 mm.
|
|
|
The gauge of position (potentiometer) throttle заслонки (TPS)
|
|
- Disconnect a negative wire from the battery. Also disconnect electroconducting from gauge TPS.
|
|
- Turn out fixing bolts and remove gauge TPS from the throttle case.
|
|

Installation is made upside-down. Track correctness of input of a potentiometer in gearing with an axis throttle заслонки. Before вворачиванием fixing bolts grease their carving part анаэробным with hermetic. Having tightened bolts with demanded effort, connect to the gauge electroconducting.

The gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid (ECT)
The gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid will screw in a back part of the inlet pipeline. The gauge of absolute pressure in the pipeline (MAP)

Gauge MAP is fixed on a partition of an impellent compartment, to the left of the throttle case. |

- Switch off ignition, disconnect from the gauge electroconducting and a vacuum hose. The gauge can be removed now from an arm.
- Installation is made upside-down.

|
The gauge of position of a cranked shaft (CKP)
|
|
- The gauge is established on a back wall of the block of cylinders and access to it is possible from under the car. Cock a lay brake, поддомкратьте redock of the car and establish it on props.
- Walk on electroconducting from the gauge, liberating a plait from intermediate clamps and remembering a route of its lining. Disunite a contact socket, - the gauge acts in film together with a plait part.

- Turn out a fixing bolt and remove the gauge.
|
|
- Installation is made upside-down. Track, that the fixture has been tightened with demanded effort. Make sure of correctness of a lining of a plait.
- In end measure distance between the gauge and a gear rotor on a pulley коленвала, - if the result exceeds 1.0 ± 0.7 mm, replace a basic arm of fastening of the gauge.

The detonation gauge (KS)
The detonation gauge is established on a back wall of the block of cylinders and access to it is possible from under the car.

- Walk on electroconducting from the gauge, liberating a plait from intermediate clamps and remembering a route of its lining. Disunite a contact socket, - the gauge acts in film together with a plait part.

- Installation is made upside-down. Before installation make sure of absoluteness of cleanliness and dryness of interfaced surfaces. Tighten fixture with demanded effort. Track correctness of a lining of electroconducting.

The electronic module of engine management (ECM)
ECM is behind the storage battery in the left part of an impellent compartment.
|
|
- Disconnect a negative wire from the battery and remove both screen wipers (the Onboard electric equipment see the Head).
- Remove from the module a protective cover.
- Having pulled upwards, liberate the module from a basic arm and disconnect from it electroconducting.

Before module installation it is possible to make clearing of memory of the processor for the purpose of removal from it the written down diagnostic codes in the conditions of a car-care centre workshop. |

The relay of system of injection
|
|
- The relay of system of injection is in the assembly block located in an impellent compartment.
|
- Remove from the assembly block a cover. The system relay is painted in purple colour. Make sure that ignition is switched off, then liberate the relay from колодки.

|

The central air gauge-switch
The gauge-switch of system of the conditioner will screw in one of lines of a refrigerator path and cannot be removed without a preliminary discharge of system (see the Head of System of cooling, heating). In view of the gauge-switch told replacement it is necessary to make in the conditions of a car-care centre workshop.
