Check of a condition and replacement of hinges of equal angular speeds (SHRUS)

Check

During test arrival on the platform limited in the sizes try to define on hearing a condition external the SHRUS. The worn out hinge during abrupt turns turn publishes a characteristic clicking, — the turn more abruptly, the loading on the hinge is more, and that clicks are more distinctly audible. The faulty hinge is subject to replacement.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. For an estimation of a condition of internal hinges cock a lay brake, поддомкратьте redock of the car and establish it on props. At a corresponding complete set remove protection картера. Pull the internal hinge upwards-downwards, then grasp it one hand, and the second try to rotate a shaft in both parties. In case of revealing a little appreciable люфта the hinge is subject in replacement.

Replacement

On models of last years of release internal hinges триподного type are used. Such hinges in an individual order on the market of spare parts are not delivered and in case of failure vary in gathering with shaft.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove a power shaft (Removal and installation of power shafts see).
  2. Release bandage tapes and shift a protective cover from the damaged hinge.
  1. By means of a screw-driver or flat-nose pliers for removal of lock rings, unclench a lock ring of fastening of the hinge.

  1. Heavy hammer with soft brisk bring down the hinge from a shaft.
  2. Establish in a flute of the new hinge a new lock ring. Plant the hinge on a shaft to защелкивания a lock ring in a reception flute.
  1. Fill the hinge greasing of demanded type.
  1. The greasing rests squeeze out in a cover, pull it on the hinge and fix bandage tapes (Replacement of protective covers the SHRUS see).
  2. Establish a shaft on the car (Removal and installation of power shafts see).
