Preheat system - the general information

The candle is screwed in the chamber of combustion of each cylinder накаливания. Candles heat up an electric current before start, during start and some time after engine start. Food giving on candles накаливания the module of management of heating (supervises engines of 1.7 l and 2.0 l Y20DTL) or ECM (engines of 2.0 l, кромеY20DTL).

On the panel of devices the corresponding control lamp (the Operation manual see the Head) is highlighted, - after the signal will go out, the engine it is possible to start engine start. Pressure of a food continues to stand out on candles within even several seconds after switching-off of a control lamp. If attempts of start of the engine it has not been undertaken, the special timer disconnects food giving on candles in avoidance подсадки the storage battery and an overheat of candles.

In system the function of post-heating providing giving of a food on candles during even some time after realisation of start of the engine is put also, - duration of a delay of switching-off of candles is regulated by the management module, depends on temperature of the engine and can make till 6 minutes.

The fuel filter also is equipped by the system of heating providing optimisation of process of combustion at the expense of prevention «парафинирования» дизтоплива. The heating element is established between the fuel filter and its case. A food on heating of fuel moves on commands of the module of management through built in in the filter case the thermosensitive gauge-switch. Pressure moves on TAN of the filter at temperatures more low 5°C and is disconnected at temperatures above 16°С.
