The module of management of heating

The module is established in an impellent compartment, on a left-hand side of a basic arm of the storage battery.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
  2. Lift the module upwards and remove from a basic arm of the battery.
  1. Disconnect electroconducting from the basis of the module and take last from an impellent compartment.
  1. Installation is made upside-down.

Engines of 2.0 l with high pressure a turbo-supercharging

System work is supervised by an engine control system, the description of procedures of removal of components of system are resulted in the Head of the Power supply system and release.

Heating element of the fuel filter

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Before the beginning of works spend presence marketing to sales of necessary spare parts. Remove the fuel filter (Routine maintenance see the Head), in case of damage make replacement.
  2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery, then disconnect electroconducting from a heating element.
  3. Turn out the central bolt and remove a heating element from the filter case, - the sealing ring is subject to replacement without fail.
  4. Plant on a ledge of a heating element a new sealing ring. Establish an element on the filter case, screw and reliably tighten a fixing bolt.
  5. Connect a negative wire to the battery. Establish the filter on the regular place (Routine maintenance see the Head).

The thermosensitive gauge-switch of a heating element of the fuel filter

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Before the beginning of works spend presence marketing to sales of necessary spare parts. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery, then disconnect electroconducting from the fuel filter of the gauge-switch screwed in the case.
  2. Get under the filter drain capacity, or lay rags for gathering of spilt fuel. Turn out the gauge-switch, - at once закупорьте an aperture under its installation approaching заглушкой. Remove the gauge-switch sealing rings, - at ring assemblage are subject to replacement without fail.
  3. Plant in gauge-switch flutes new sealing rings. Screw the gauge-switch in the case of the fuel filter and reliably it tighten. Restore initial connection of electroconducting.
  4. Connect a negative wire to the battery.

The relay and safety locks are in the assembly block established in an impellent compartment, - the Onboard electric equipment see the Head.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the relay. Contacts 3 and 5 should be opened at food giving in 12 In on plugs 1 (+) and 2 (-) the relay, - do not mix polarity of connection of the power supply!

  1. At the switched off ignition on the plug 3 there should be a pressure 11—14 In, at the included ignition the same pressure should be present on the plug 1.
