Removal
Engines of 1.7 l SOHC
|
|
- Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
|
- Ослабьте nuts of fastening of electroconducting of candles of 2nd both 3rd cylinders (1) and contact tyres of candles of 1st and 4th cylinders (1). Remove the tyre from candles.
|
|
- Turn out candles and remove them from a head of cylinders.
|
|
Engines of 1.7 l DOHC
|
|
- Remove an air cleaner and ECM the engine with a basic arm (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
- Disconnect from candles electroconducting, - big and a forefinger compress lock uvulas and remove a tip from a candle shaft.
|
- Turn out candles and remove them from the engine.
|
|
|
Engines of 2.0 l
|
|
- Disconnect a negative wire from the battery. On engines with high pressure a turbo-supercharging (Y20DTH) release fastenings and lift the receiver pressurisation with turbocompressor over a final collector.
|
- On models of early years of release give fixing nuts (1), remove washers, disconnect electroconducting and remove the contact tyre of a food of candles накаливания. On models of last years of release simply disconnect from candles electroconducting.
|
|
- Turn out candles and remove them from the engine.
|
|
Check
|
|
- Check up candles on presence of mechanical damages. Прогары or erosion of tips infringement of serviceability of functioning of sprays of atomizers can be a consequence. Check up a condition of atomizers, replace defective components.
|
- Make sure of absence of a burn-out of tips of candles, - in case of need make replacement. If outwardly candles look serviceable, check up them by means of an ohmmeter (Removal and installation of the gauge of emergency pressure of oil see).
|
|
- Check of working capacity of a candle накаливания can be checked up by giving on it pressure 12 In, - the serviceable candle should be heated in due time (be cautious, do not burn):
- The power supply should be equipped by the fuse for protection against short circuit.
- Clamp a candle in a vice with soft sponges, - do not forget that its working element is heated until red.
- After check allow to a candle to cool down within several minutes not to burn.

The working element of a serviceable candle should become red-hot not later than in 5 seconds. If for a candle warming up it is required to much more time, or the tip is heated only in an average part, it is necessary to replace a candle. Installation

|
- Accurately screw candles and tighten them with demanded effort, - remember that the tightening of candles with excessive effort can lead to carving damage.
- Put on the food tyre the central conclusions of candles and reliably tighten nuts on candles of 1st and 2nd cylinders.
- Connect electroconducting to candles of 2nd and 3rd cylinders, tighten fixing nuts.
- Connect a negative wire to the battery.

- Accurately screw candles and tighten them with demanded effort, - remember that the tightening of candles with excessive effort can lead to carving damage.
- Connect to candles electroconducting of giving of a food.
- Establish ECM, with a basic arm and an air cleaner (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).

Engines of 2.0 l
|
|
- Accurately screw candles and tighten them with demanded effort, - remember that the tightening of candles with excessive effort can lead to carving damage.
- On models of early years of release put on the food tyre conclusions of candles, attach electroconducting, establish washers, then screw and reliably tighten fixing nuts. On models of last years of release simply connect to candles electroconducting.
- If removed, establish a metal tube turbocompressor, then connect a negative wire to the battery and check up serviceability of functioning of candles накаливания.
