Adjustment of a drive of switching is not among routine procedures of routine maintenance of the car and necessity for its carrying out arises only after removal of the mechanism of switching. At infringement of clearness of a gear change serviceability of functioning of a drive can be checked up, corresponding updatings are in case of need made.
Adjustment is carried out by means of a bolt of a collar of fastening of a rod of a choice of transfers to draught of switching (Removal and installation of the mechanism of a gear change see). The bolt is under the power unit, directly ahead of a back partition of an impellent compartment. On the majority of models access to the screw is possible from above, otherwise follows поддомкратить redock of the car and to establish it on props, - access to a bolt from below is strongly limited.

- Ослабьте (but do not give completely) a bolt of a fixing collar of a rod of a choice of transfers.

- In car salon liberate from clamps and wrap upwards a protective cover of the lever of a gear change. Fix the lever by means of a drill / выколотки in diameter 5 mm, passed in a collar at the left on the bases of the lever and filled in a special fixing aperture.

- Having established the switching mechanism in position of neutral transfer, turn a selector shaft, overcoming resistance of a spring, and block the mechanism in this position, having drowned подпружиненный a lock pin in located from above on картере transmissions to a cover.

- Make sure of reliability of blocking of the lever and the switching mechanism, tighten a bolt of a collar of a rod of a choice of transfers with effort of a stage 1, then hold on it on a corner of a stage 2 (Specifications see).

|
- Remove from the gear change lever a drill / fixing it выколотку and check up work of the mechanism of switching, - подпружиненный the lock pin will automatically be liberated while translating the lever in reverse gear position.
- Make sure that the lock pin has jumped out of a cover, then (if lifted) lower the car on the earth.

- Uncover the central console and a cover of the lever of switching (the Body see the Head).
|
- Accurately hooking a small screw-driver, release both latches приводных cables.
|
|
- In an impellent compartment translate the choice lever in position of neutral transfer and block it in this position, having drowned a clamp.
|
|
- Having wrung out back, block clamps of both cables.
|
|
- Extend a collar of fastening of the lever and establish into place a cover of the lever and a cover of the central console (the Body see the Head), then check up serviceability of functioning of the mechanism of switching.
