Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Cock a lay brake, поддомкратьте redock of the car and establish it on props, at a corresponding complete set remove protection картера. Remove inlet air lines and the air cleaner case (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).

Remove the storage battery with the adjusting pallet (the engine Electric equipment see the Head).
Disconnect electroconducting from the gauge-switch of fires of a backing (Check of serviceability of functioning, removal and installation of the gauge-switch of fires of a backing see) and liberate it from intermediate clamps on картере manual transmission.

For the purpose of minimisation of losses of a hydraulic liquid of coupling, press a clamp brought to manual transmission the flexible. Remove a lock ring штуцерного connections from above on a dome of coupling and disconnect a hose. Accurately having compressed the lock, plant a lock ring on the place in a socket. The sealing ring is subject to replacement without fail. At once закупорьте the open ends of a tube and a hose for the purpose of minimisation of a hydraulic liquid and in order to avoid hit in dirt system.

Do not squeeze out a coupling pedal at the disconnected hose!

Remove a reception pipe, каталитический the converter and average section of system of release of the fulfilled gases (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
On the models equipped manual transmission F13, F17 and F18, disconnect knot of draughts of switching from the top part картера transmissions (Removal and installation of the mechanism of a gear change see). On models with boxes F23, disconnect tips of cables from knot of draughts from above on картере, turn out a fixing bolt and take aside a basic arm of cables.
Remove power shafts (Coupling and power shafts see the Head).
Hang out the power unit on laid in a trench of mudguards to a bar and remove a forward stretcher (the Suspension bracket and a steering see the Head).
Prop up transmission тележечным a jack, - for the purpose of loading distribution lay between a head of a jack and картером manual transmission wooden брусок.
Turn out fixing bolts and separate an arm of a forward support of a suspension bracket of the power unit from a coupling dome.

Turn out six fixing bolts and remove an arm of the left support with картера manual transmission and remove an arm. Gradually releasing таль, lower a back part of transmission approximately on 5 sm, - track, that there were no pressed lines of communication laid from below (hoses and electroconducting).

On models with the stamped steel pallet картера the engine turn out a cover of coupling and remove it from the basis картера.

Turn out the top and bottom bolts of fastening of transmission to the engine, - try to remember an arrangement of bolts and basic arms fixed by them. Once again make sure that all lines of communication are disconnected also disturbs nothing to box removal.

Having shifted a jack with the transmission fixed on it, separate a dome of coupling from the engine block, - track, that the dome has completely acted in film from directing plugs if plugs are planted freely, take them and clean in a reliable place.

Installation

Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to following moments.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Before installation make sure that directing plugs are planted in the nests.
Tighten all fixture with demanded effort.
Before installation of power shafts replace their epiploons (Replacement of epiploons see).
Forward stretcher establish according to recommendations (the Suspension bracket and a steering see the Head).
Do not forget to replace a sealing ring штуцерного connection of a hose of a hydrodrive of coupling, track reliability of fixing of a hose and pump over a hydrodrive (Coupling and power shafts see the Head).
Fill in in manual transmission necessary quantity трансмиссионного oils of demanded type (Routine maintenance see the Head).
In summary adjust the gear change mechanism (Adjustment of a drive of a gear change see).
