Removal and installation of the gauge of emergency pressure of oil

Removal

Petrol models and diesel models 1.7 of l SOHC

The gauge will screw in a back part of the case of the oil pump.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. At a corresponding complete set turn out fixing bolts and remove protection картера.
  2. Disconnect from the gauge electroconducting.
  1. Turn out the gauge, - prepare for gathering of spilt fuel. If the gauge acts in film for long time, закупорьте an aperture under its installation approaching заглушкой.

Diesel models 1.7 of l DOHC

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. The gauge will screw in the left part of the block of cylinders, more low and hardly behind the thermostat case, - for the purpose of maintenance of adequate access, remove the storage battery with the adjusting pallet (Check of serviceability of functioning of system of preheat see).
  1. Disconnect electroconducting and turn out the gauge, - prepare for gathering of spilt fuel. If the gauge acts in film for long time, закупорьте an aperture under its installation approaching заглушкой.

Diesel models 2.0 of l

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. At a corresponding complete set remove protection картера.
  2. The gauge will screw in a back part of the block of cylinders, over a power shaft, - disconnect from it electroconducting.
  1. Turn out the gauge, - prepare for gathering of spilt fuel. If the gauge acts in film for long time, закупорьте an aperture under its installation approaching заглушкой.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Slightly grease a carving part of the gauge with fixing hermetic.
  2. Screw the gauge on the regular place and tighten it with demanded effort. Attach electroconducting.
  3. On petrol models and diesel models 1.7 of l SOHC and 2.0 l establish protection картера.
  4. On engines of 1.7 l DOHC establish the storage battery with the pallet (Check of serviceability of functioning of system of preheat see).
  5. Check up oil level in the engine, in case of need make corresponding updating (Routine maintenance see the Head).
