Removal

- For removal of assemblage of the executive cylinder with выжимным the bearing it is necessary to dismantle a gear change box (the Manual transmission see the Head), or to remove the power unit.

- Carefully wipe the cylinder outside, then release a nut штуцерного a socket and disconnect from the cylinder a hydraulic line, — at once collect rags traces of the spilt hydraulic liquid.
- Turn out three fixing bolts and remove the cylinder from an entrance shaft. Remove the sealing ring established between the cylinder and картером manual transmission, — the ring is subject to replacement without fail. Accept safety measures against hit in a dirt box.

- Failed executive to regenerative repair is not subject. In case of development of leaks of a hydraulic liquid replace the cylinder in gathering.

Installation
|
|
- Make sure of absoluteness of cleanliness and dryness of interfaced surfaces of the cylinder and картера manual transmission. Plant a new sealing ring in a reception flute on картере transmissions.
- Grease the cylinder pure трансмиссионным with oil, plant it on a pin of a shaft and press to картеру manual transmission. Check up landing of a sealing ring in a reception flute, then screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort.
- Connect to the cylinder a hydraulic line and tighten штуцерную a nut with demanded effort.
- Establish a transmission on the engine (the Manual transmission see the Head).
- Pump over hydraulic system (Removal of air from a hydraulic path of a drive of deenergizing of coupling see).
