- Give two nuts of fastening of an arm of a pedal to a partition of an impellent compartment / to the main cylinder of coupling.
- Push hairpins of the main cylinder back so that they did not stick out of a partition.
- Accurately remove pedal assemblage and take it from salon.
- Check up a pedal arm on presence of deformations and damages (the knot is executed easily deformed with a view of safety increase at collision). Estimate degree of deterioration of plugs. Replace the failed components. In case of need the pedal can be removed from an arm by a reversing of fixing bolts.

Installation

- If the pedal knot has been disassembled, establish into place all removed components, - before installation it is necessary to grease a pedal and plug axis with universal greasing. Connect a returnable spring and reliably tighten fixture. Before knot installation on the car check up smoothness of a course of a pedal.
- Establish pedal assemblage on a partition of an impellent compartment, - track correctness of landing to it of a cutting finger of a pusher of the main cylinder. Acquire bolts of fastening of assemblage to a steering cross-beam.
- Having pulled for a pusher rod, push hairpins of fastening of the main cylinder through a partition and fill them in apertures of an arm of pedal assemblage. Screw new fixing nuts and tighten them with demanded effort.
- With universal greasing grease an axial pin of a cutting finger of a pusher, plant it on a pedal of coupling and fix a fixing pin, - track reliability of landing of a clamp.
- Tighten with demanded effort bolts of fastening of a pedal to a steering cross-beam.
- Connect a returnable spring.
- On equipped tempostatом models establish into place the gauge-switch of position of a pedal of coupling, preliminary having drowned its union. Connect to the gauge electroconducting, then against the stop squeeze out a coupling pedal, extend плунжер the gauge and again release a pedal for the purpose of gauge self-installation.
- Establish into place the bottom section of furnish of the panel of devices. Before to begin car operation make sure of serviceability of functioning of coupling.
