Removal and cover installation газораспределительного the mechanism
Engines 1.4, 1.6 and 1.8 l Removal
|
|
- Uncover маслозаливной mouths, turn out fixing bolts and remove a protective casing of the engine.
|
|
- Disconnect electroconducting, turn out fixing screws and remove the ignition module (the engine Electric equipment see the Head).
|
- Ослабьте fixing collars also disconnect шлаги ventilation картера from a cover left edge газораспределительного the mechanism.
|
|
- Gradually and in regular intervals having weakened, turn out screws of fastening of a cover.
|
- Uncover газораспределительного the mechanism a head of cylinders. Remove from a cover sealing rings and a lining, check up their condition, in case of need make replacement.
|
|
|
Installation
|
|
- Make sure of absoluteness of cleanliness and dryness of interfaced surfaces of a cover and a head. Lay in a consolidation cover, temporarily having fixed them консистентной greasing.
|
|
- Put a layer of suitable hermetic on an interfaced surface of a head of cylinders around the right covers of beds of camshafts and in semicircular cuts on the left side of moulding.
- Accurately lay a cover газораспределительного the mechanism on the regular place, supervising correctness of placing of consolidations. Screw fixing bolts and, moving on a spiral from the centre to edges, in regular intervals tighten them with demanded effort.
- Restore initial connection of hoses of ventilation картера, — track reliability of a tightening of fixing collars.
- Establish into place the ignition module (the engine Electric equipment see the Head).
- Establish a protective casing of the engine.

Engines of 1.8 l Removal
|
|
- Remove a protective casing of the engine (Engines 1.4, 1.6 and 1.8 l — Removal see above).
|
- Ослабьте fixing collars also disconnect шлаги ventilation картера from a cover left edge газораспределительного the mechanism.
|
|
- Disconnect electroconducting, turn out fixing screws and remove the ignition module (the engine Electric equipment see the Head).
- Disconnect from the gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid a conducting socket.
|
- Disconnect from the case of the thermostat a hose охладительного a path. Turn out bolts of fastening of a basic arm of a hose to a cover газораспределительного the mechanism and the inlet pipeline. Ослабьте a collar also shift a hose aside, — prepare for gathering of the spilt cooling liquid.
|
|
- In stages in regular intervals ослабьте also turn out bolts of fastening of a cover.
- Having lifted upwards, separate a cover from a head of cylinders, remove a sealing lining. Check up a lining condition, in case of need prepare the replaceable.
|
|
Installation
|
|
- Make sure of absoluteness of cleanliness and dryness of interfaced surfaces, lay a new lining in dry wiped reception flute of a cover.
|
|
- Accurately lay a cover газораспределительного the mechanism on the regular place, supervising correctness of placing of consolidations. Screw fixing bolts and, moving on a spiral from the centre to edges, in regular intervals tighten them with demanded effort.
|
- Connect a hose охладительного a path to the thermostat case, fix a hose in an arm on a roof and the inlet pipeline. Check up level of a cooling liquid, in case of need make corresponding updating (Routine maintenance see the Head).
|
|
- Connect electroconducting to the temperature gauge.
- Restore initial connection of hoses of ventilation картера, — track reliability of a tightening of fixing collars.
- Establish into place the ignition module (the engine Electric equipment see the Head).
- Establish a protective casing of the engine.

|
Engines of 2.0 l
Removal
|
|
- Remove air cleaner assemblage (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
- Remove the top section of a cover of drive ГРМ (Removal and installation of a cover of drive ГРМ see).
|
- Ослабьте fixing collars also disconnect from a cover газораспределительного the mechanism шлаги ventilation картера.
|
|
- Turn out fixing bolts and remove a protective casing of spark plugs. Remove from candles protective caps, disconnect and take aside ВВ wires.
- Disconnect and take aside electroconducting from the gauge of position of a camshaft (CMP).
- In stages in regular intervals ослабьте also turn out bolts of fastening of a cover газораспределительного the mechanism.
- Separate a cover from a head of cylinders, remove a lining and take from apertures under fixing bolts sealing rings. Attentively examine sealing elements, in case of need make their replacement.

Installation
|
|
- Make sure of absoluteness of cleanliness and dryness of interfaced surfaces, then place a sealing lining in a reception flute of a cover. Preliminary slightly having greased консистентной with greasing, plant sealing rings in apertures under installation of fixing bolts.
- Put a layer of suitable hermetic on a surface of a head of cylinders interfaced to a cover around the right covers of beds of camshafts and in semicircular cuts on the left side of moulding.
- Accurately lay a cover газораспределительного the mechanism on the regular place, supervising correctness of placing of consolidations. Screw fixing bolts and, moving on a spiral from the centre to edges, in regular intervals tighten them with demanded effort.
- Restore initial connection of hoses of ventilation картера, — track reliability of a tightening of fixing collars.
- Accurately plant tips of plugs VV of wires on spark plugs.
- Connect electroconducting to gauge CMP, establish into place protective casing ВВ of electroconducting, screw and reliably tighten bolts of its fastening.
- Lay on a place burn down electroconductings and strongly tighten a fixing nut.
- Establish the top cover of belt ГРМ (Engines 1.4, 1.6 and 1.8 l — Installation see above).
- Establish the case of the air filter — the Power supply system see.
