Removal and installation of a belt of drive ГРМ

Start performance of procedures only after full cooling of the engine.

Removal

Engines 1.4, 1.6 and 1.8 l DOHC

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
  2. Remove an air cleaner.
  3. Cock a lay brake, поддомкратьте redock of the car and establish it on props. Remove the right forward wheel.
  4. With chalk or paint mark a direction of rotation of a belt of a drive of auxiliary units. Having taken away натяжитель with the help накидного a key, ослабьте a belt. Pass a core in diameter of 4 mm in the combined apertures in натяжителе and a basic arm [1]. Remove it from the engine.
  5. Remove the top section of a cover of drive ГРМ [2].
  6. Prop up the engine by means of adaptation KM-6001 and establish aligning tool KM-909-V.
  7. Remove натяжитель a belt of a drive of auxiliary units.
  8. Remove the right support of a suspension bracket of the power unit in gathering with the arm.
  9. Having passed in a transmission dome special tool KM-911 [3], block from проворачивания a flywheel.
  10. Turn out a fixing bolt [4] and remove a pulley of a cranked shaft [5].
  11. Remove the bottom section of a cover of drive ГРМ [6].
  12. Take blocking flywheel the tool.
  13. At a corresponding complete set remove the gauge of position of a camshaft (CMP).
  14. Temporarily screw into place a bolt of a pulley of a cranked shaft and, turning a cranked shaft clockwise, result the engine in position ВМТ of the end of a step of compression of the piston of the first cylinder (Reduction of the piston of the first cylinder in position of the top dead point of the end of a step of compression (ВМТ) see. Make sure of correctness of combination of adjusting labels [7].
  15. Check up correctness of combination of adjusting labels of cogwheels of camshafts concerning the top cut of a head of cylinders [8].
  16. Block cogwheels of camshafts by means of special tool KM-852 [9].
  17. Ослабьте a bolt натяжителя [10] and with the help пруткового a key (Allen) [11] develop last clockwise to reduction of the left emphasis in corresponding position [12] — Type 1 or [17] — Type 2.
  18. Slightly tighten a bolt натяжителя.
  19. Remove газораспределительный a belt.

Engines of 2.0 l DOHC

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  10. Turn out fixing bolts [5] and remove a pulley of a cranked shaft [6].
  11. Make sure of correctness of combination of distributive labels of a cranked shaft [7].
  12. Adjusting labels of cogwheels of camshafts should be combined with reciprocal risks on a back cover of drive ГРМ [8].
  13. Block cogwheels of camshafts by means of special tool KM-853.
  14. Ослабьте a bolt натяжителя [10] and with the help пруткового a key (Allen) [11] develop last clockwise to reduction of the left emphasis in corresponding position [12] — Type 1 or [16] — Type 2.
  15. Slightly tighten a bolt натяжителя.
  16. Remove газораспределительный a belt.

Installation

Engines 1.4, 1.6 and 1.8 l DOHC

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Make sure that the label on the case of the water pump is combined in the correct image with a reciprocal label on the block of cylinders [13].
  2. Make sure of correctness of combination of adjusting labels [7] and [8].
  3. Having begun with a cogwheel of a cranked shaft and moving counter-clockwise, establish газораспределительный a belt. Track, that the belt has been tense on sites between the next wheels.
  4. Ослабьте a bolt натяжителя [10].
  5. With the help пруткового a key [11] develop натяжитель counter-clockwise before reduction of the index of the right emphasis in corresponding position [14] — Type 1 or [18] — Type 2.
  6. Slightly tighten a bolt натяжителя.
  7. Remove the tool blocking cogwheels [9].
  8. Turn a cranked shaft on two complete revolutions clockwise and make sure of correctness of combination of adjusting labels [7] and [8].
  9. By means of special tool KM-852 block cogwheels of camshafts [9].
  10. Ослабьте a bolt натяжителя.
  11. Develop натяжитель clockwise before index reduction in corresponding position [15] — Type 1, a new belt, [16] — Type 1 which was in the use a belt, [19] — Type 2, a new belt, [20] — Type 2 which was in the use a belt.
  12. Slightly tighten a bolt натяжителя.
  13. Clean the tool blocking cogwheels and slowly turn a cranked shaft on two complete revolutions clockwise, — make sure of correctness of combination of adjusting labels [6] and [7].
  14. Check up correctness of combination of the index натяжителя (item 11 see). In case of need repeat procedure of adjustment of a tension of a belt.
  15. Tighten a bolt натяжителя with demanded effort (20 Nanometers).
  16. Pass in a transmission dome special tool KM-911 and block it a flywheel from проворачивания [3].
  17. Turn out a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a cranked shaft.
  18. Operating in an order, the return to a dismantle order, establish on the places the removed components.

Track, behind observance of an original direction of rotation of a belt of a drive of auxiliary units if have not made its replacement.

  1. Screw a new bolt of a pulley of a cranked shaft and tighten it with demanded effort.
  2. Remove the tool blocking cogwheels.

Engines of 2.0 l DOHC

Make sure that the ledge on the case of the water pump is combined in the correct image with a reciprocal ledge on the block of cylinders [20].


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Make sure of correctness of combination of adjusting labels [7] and [8].

If removed cogwheels of camshafts, track correctness of an arrangement of directing plugs.

  1. Having begun with a cogwheel of a cranked shaft and moving counter-clockwise, establish газораспределительный a belt. Track, that the belt has been tense on sites between the next wheels.
  2. Ослабьте a bolt натяжителя [10].
  3. With the help пруткового a key [11] develop натяжитель counter-clockwise before reduction of the index of the right emphasis in corresponding position [13] — Type 1 or [17] — Type 2.
  4. Slightly tighten a bolt натяжителя.
  5. Remove the tool blocking cogwheels [9].
  6. Turn a cranked shaft on two complete revolutions clockwise and make sure of correctness of combination of adjusting labels [7] and [8].
  7. By means of special tool KM-853 block cogwheels of camshafts [9] (address to an illustration 41.39).
  8. Ослабьте a bolt натяжителя.
  9. Develop натяжитель clockwise before index reduction in corresponding position [14] — Type 1, a new belt, [15] — Type 1 which was in the use a belt, [18] — Type 2, a new belt, [19] — Type 2 which was in the use a belt.
  10. Tighten a bolt натяжителя with demanded effort (20 Nanometers).
  11. Remove blocking tool [9].
  12. Turn a cranked shaft on two complete revolutions clockwise and make sure of correctness of combination of adjusting labels [7] and [8].
  13. Check up correctness of combination of the index натяжителя (paragraph 65 see). In case of need repeat procedure of adjustment of a tension of a belt.
  14. Operating in an order, the return to a dismantle order, establish on the places the removed components.

Track, behind observance of an original direction of rotation of a belt of a drive of auxiliary units if have not made its replacement.

  1. Tighten bolts of fastening of a pulley of a cranked shaft with demanded effort (20 Nanometers).
