3. Give fixing nuts and remove assembly collars of atomizers.

4. Take atomizers from a head of cylinders, copper sealing washers is subject to replacement without fail. Will throw out rubber consolidations and copper washers. Try not to undertake attempts of dismantling of atomizers by own forces.

6. Assemblage begin with clearing of interfaced surfaces of atomizers and a head of cylinders. Establish on each atomizer new rubber and copper sealing elements, - track correctness of placing of copper washers.

7. Establish atomizers in a head of cylinders and fix their assembly collars. Tighten nuts of fastening of collars with demanded effort.
8. Connect a line of return of fuel to the case газораспределительного the mechanism and to atomizers. Tube fastening to case GRM is carried out by means of a bolt большего diameter (do not forget to replace a copper sealing washer), with the top part of an atomizer and under each bolt new copper sealing washers should be established. Tighten bolts the ordered moments.
9. Establish a case cover газораспределительного the mechanism (the Engine see the Head).
10. Start the engine and check up it on presence of signs of development of leaks.

1. Remove the top section of an inlet collector (item 7 see above Model 1.7 of l DOHC,).
2. Remove a camshaft and levers of a drive of valves (the Engine see the Head).
3. Disconnect a returnable tube from a transitive tube of an atomizer.

4. Turn out a fixing bolt, accurately separate a transitive tube from the top part of a spray of an atomizer and take it изголовки cylinders.

5. Remove sealing rings from a transitive tube and the top part of a spray of an atomizer, - rings is subject to replacement without fail.

6. Establish оправку and a stripper on the top part of a spray of an atomizer both in regular intervals and accurately remove a spray from the top part of a head of cylinders. 8. Make sure of density of landing of a spray of an atomizer in a head of cylinders, plant on its top part a new sealing ring.

9. Plant new sealing rings in ledges on transitive tubes. Establish transitive tubes on the regular places in a head of cylinders, - track correctness of their placing on the top part of sprays of atomizers. Screw new fixing bolts, tighten them against the stop manually.

10. Then hold on a key on one complete revolution (360 °).

11. Attach a returnable line to transitive tubes and establish the top part of the inlet pipeline (Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline see).
12. Establish into place a camshaft and levers of a drive of valves (the Engine see the Head).
