Removal and installation of a final collector

Models 1.7 of l SOHC

At installation new nuts of fastening of a collector be required.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. The final collector acts in film in gathering with турбокомпрессором. Cock a lay brake, поддомкратьте redock of the car and establish it on props, at a corresponding complete set remove protection картера.
  2. Remove air lines and an air cleaner with gauge MAF (Removal and installation of components of an inlet air path see).
  3. On models with a right-hand steering remove the generator (the engine Electric equipment see the Head).
  4. Release sockets, turn out bolts of fastening of a basic arm and lift the receiver, connecting intercooler with турбокомпрессором.
  5. Ослабьте collars, turn out a fixing bolt and remove an air line connecting the inlet pipeline with intercooler.
  1. Disconnect electroconducting and vacuum hoses from valve EGR at the left on a collector, - try to remember an order of connection of vacuum hoses.
  1. Turn out fixing bolts and remove from the inlet pipeline electromagnetic valve EGR.
  2. Disconnect the fuel filter from the case of the filter and take him aside, - do not disconnect fuel tubes.
  3. Turn out three fixing bolts and remove a thermofilter turbocompressor.
  1. Turn out four fixing bolts and remove the goffered metal tube from the inlet pipeline and a final collector. Remove two sealing linings.
  1. Turn out two fixing screws and one nut and remove a starter filter.
  2. Turn out fixing bolts and remove a reception pipe of system of release of the fulfilled gases.
  1. Disconnect масловозвратную a tube from the top section of the pallet картера, - remove two sealing washers established from both parties штуцерного of a socket, - prepare for gathering of spilt oil.
  1. Turn out a fixing bolt and disconnect маслоподающую a tube from a back part of the block of cylinders, - remove two sealing washers established from both parties штуцерного of a socket, - prepare for gathering of spilt oil.
  1. Turn out two fixing bolts and remove from the block of cylinders a basic arm of a final collector.
  1. Ослабьте a nut штуцерного connections also remove with turbocompressor маслоподающую a tube.
  1. In a diagonal order, in stages in regular intervals ослабьте also remove nuts of fastening of a final collector. Remove a collector and remove a sealing lining. In case of need separate from a collector турбокомпрессор (Removal and installation turbocompressor see).
  2. Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to following moments:
    1. Before installation make sure of absoluteness of cleanliness and dryness of interfaced surfaces, do not forget to replace sealing linings.
    2. All fixture tighten with demanded effort.
    3. Track reliability of connection of oil tubes and inlet air lines.

Models 1.7 of l DOHC

At installation new nuts of fastening of a collector be required.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. The final collector acts in film in gathering with турбокомпрессором. Cock a lay brake, поддомкратьте redock of the car and establish it on props, at a corresponding complete set remove protection картера.
  2. Remove air lines and an air cleaner (Removal and installation of components of an inlet air path see).
  3. On the models equipped with system K/V, disconnect electroconducting from the compressor, turn out fixing bolts and take the compressor aside, without disconnecting from it refrigerator lines.

If to release bolts of fastening of basic arms of hoses of a refrigerator path on the right mudguard, the compressor can be tied up to кузовным to elements behind a cowl rack.

  1. Turn out three fixing bolts of a basic arm of the compressor.
  2. Ослабьте fastenings also remove a hose connecting intercooler with турбокомпрессором.
  3. Turn out two fixing nuts and disconnect from a collector a reception pipe of system of release of the fulfilled gases.
  1. Turn out a fastening bolt turbocompressor to an arm of the block of cylinders.
  1. Turn out a nut штуцерного connections маслоподающей tubes on the block of cylinders. Remove sealing washers and prepare for gathering of spilt oil.
  1. Ослабьте collars also disconnect from turbocompressor масловозвратный a hose.
  1. Disconnect a vacuum hose from safety knot turbocompressor.
  1. Turn out fixing bolts and remove filters of a final collector and turbocompressor.
  1. Turn out bolts of fastening of a directing tube щупа measurements of level of oil to the block of cylinders and two bolts of its fastening to the pallet картера.
  1. Tube EGR is established on a collector left-hand side. Turn out two fixing bolts and will throw out a sealing lining.
  2. Turn out nuts / bolts of fastening of a final collector, turn out two fixing hairpins and remove a collector.
  3. In case of need турбокомпрессор can be separated from a collector (Removal and installation turbocompressor see).
  4. Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to following moments:
    1. Before installation make sure of absoluteness of cleanliness and dryness of interfaced surfaces, do not forget to replace sealing linings.
    2. All fixture tighten with demanded effort.
    3. Track reliability of connection of oil tubes and inlet air lines.
  5. In end, check up level of impellent oil, in case of need make corresponding updating (Routine maintenance see the Head).

Litre models 2.0

At installation new nuts of fastening of a collector and a reception pipe of system of release of the fulfilled gases be required.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery. Cock a lay brake, поддомкратьте redock of the car and establish it on props, at a corresponding complete set remove protection картера.
  2. Remove air lines, an air cleaner (Removal and installation of components of an inlet air path) and the metal tube connecting турбокомпрессор with a collector / by an air line intercoolerа (depending on a complete set see).
  3. Disconnect electroconducting from all candles накаливания.
  1. Turn out fixing screws.
  1. Remove thermofilters from the top part of a collector.
  1. Turn out fixing nuts and disconnect and disconnect from a collector a reception pipe of system of release of the fulfilled gases.
  1. Under the car, turn out fixing bolts and remove a thermofilter from a back part of a starter.
  2. Turn out fixing bolts and remove a routeing trench of conducting from a back part of the block of cylinders.
  3. Carefully clear штуцерные sockets, ослабьте накидные nuts and merge oil from tubes in suitable capacity, - rags collect traces of the spilt oil.
  1. Turn out fixing bolts and remove a basic arm of a collector. Disconnect a vacuum hose from a safety diaphragm.
  1. In a diagonal order in stages in regular intervals ослабьте also remove nuts of fastening of a collector. Remove a collector with a sealing lining. In case of need remove from a collector турбокомпрессор (Removal and installation turbocompressor see).

  1. Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to following moments:
    1. Before installation make sure of absoluteness of cleanliness and dryness of interfaced surfaces, do not forget to replace sealing linings.
    2. All fixture tighten with demanded effort.
    3. Track reliability of connection of oil tubes and inlet air lines.
  2. In summary check up level of impellent oil, in case of need make corresponding updating (Routine maintenance see the Head).
  3. After engine start allow to it to work some minutes on single turns for the purpose of oil prorolling to turbine bearings.
