Removal and installation turbocompressor

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove a final collector and assemblage turbocompressor (Removal and installation of a final collector see).
  1. Transfer assemblage of a final collector with турбокомпрессором on a workbench, give fixing bolts / of a nut and remove a final connecting flange with a sealing lining.

    A — Bolts of fastening of a landing flange to турбокомпрессору (models 1.7 of l SOHC and 2.0)
    B — Nuts of fastening of a landing flange to турбокомпрессору (models 1.7 of l DOHC)

  1. Give штуцерные nuts and disconnect маслоподающую a tube from the block of cylinders and turbocompressor, - prepare for gathering of spilt oil.

    A — Maslopodajushchaja a tube turbocompressor (models 1.7 of l SOHC and 2.0)
    B — Maslopodajushchaja a tube turbocompressor (models 1.7 of l DOHC)

  1. Turn out fixing bolts and remove масловозвратную a tube with a lining.
  1. Give fixing bolts / of a nut and remove from a collector турбокомпрессор with a sealing lining.

    A — Three bolts TORX of fastening turbocompressor to a final collector (to model 1.7 of l SOHC and 2.0)
    B — fastening Nuts turbocompressor to a final collector (model 1.7 of l DOHC)



Do not make attempts of independent dismantling turbocompressor, - in case of need address for the help to experts of car-care centre.

Installation

Installation is made upside-down.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Do not forget to replace sealing elements. All fixture tighten with demanded effort.
  2. In summary establish assemblage of a collector with турбокомпрессором on the car (Removal and installation of a final collector see).
