Removal and installation натяжителя приводного a generator belt
Petrol engines Removal

- Cock a lay brake, поддомкратьте redock of the car and establish it on props, then remove the right forward wheel. Turn out fixing screws, release clamps and remove локер protection of a wheel arch and (at a corresponding complete set) protection картера the engine.
- Remove the case of an air cleaner and inlet air lines in gathering with the gauge of measurement of weight of air (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
- Ослабьте a belt tension, - turn the lever натяжителя, overcoming resistance of a spring. Remove a belt from pulleys (Routine maintenance see the Head).
- If the belt is subject to the further use, mark with a paint or a marker an original direction of its rotation.
- Turn out the central fixing bolt and remove knot натяжителя from a basic arm.

Installation
|

- Establish knot натяжителя on a basic arm, - track, that ledges on an interfaced surface натяжителя have got to reciprocal samples in an arm. Screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort.

- Keeping a spring натяжителя cocked, lay a belt on pulleys (Routine maintenance see the Head).
- Establish into place локер and protection картера, then lower the car on the earth and tighten wheel bolts with demanded effort.

Diesel models Removal
Models with the engine of 1.7 l SOHC
|
|
- Натяжитель a belt of a drive of the generator models with air conditioners are equipped only. On other models the belt tension is made by generator deployment (Routine maintenance see the Head).
- Cock a lay brake, поддомкратьте redock of the car and establish it on props, then remove the right forward wheel. At a corresponding complete set turn out fixing screws and remove protection картера the engine.
- Remove the case of an air cleaner and inlet air lines in gathering with the gauge of measurement of weight of air (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
- If the belt is subject to the further use, mark with a paint or a marker an original direction of its rotation.

Installation
Models with the engine of 1.7 l SOHC

|
- Place knot натяжителя on a basic arm of compressor K/V. Screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort.
- Keeping a spring натяжителя cocked, lay a belt on pulleys (Routine maintenance see the Head).
- Establish protection картера and a forward wheel. Lower the car on the earth and tighten wheel bolts with demanded effort.

- Place knot натяжителя on a basic arm of the generator. Tighten with demanded effort the central bolt.
|
|
- Establish an intermediate roller and tighten a bolt of its fastening with demanded effort.
- Keeping a spring натяжителя in the cocked condition, lay a belt on pulleys (Routine maintenance see the Head).
- Establish protection картера and a wheel. Lower the car on the earth and tighten wheel bolts with demanded effort.
