- Cock a lay brake, поддомкратьте redock of the car and establish it on props. At a corresponding complete set turn out fixing screws and remove protection картера the engine. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

Engines of 1.6 l SOHC
|
|
- Remove the case of an air cleaner and inlet air lines in gathering with gauge MAF (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
- Ослабьте a belt of a drive of the generator (Routine maintenance see the Head) and remove it from a generator pulley.
- Turn out fixing bolts and remove an arm of fastening of the generator to an inlet collector.
- Turn out fixing bolts and remove a basic arm of fastening of the generator on a head of cylinders. Reject the generator back.
- Liberate from clamps electroconducting and remove an arm.
- At a corresponding complete set remove from generator conclusions rubber protective caps, give fixing nuts and disconnect electroconducting from a back part of the generator.
- Turn out the bottom fixing bolt, lift the generator upwards and take it from an impellent compartment.

Engines 1.4, 1.6 and 1.8 l DOHC
Electroconducting detachment
|
|
- Keeping a spring натяжителя in the cocked condition, remove a belt of a drive of auxiliary units from pulleys (Routine maintenance see the Head).
- Remove an air cleaner (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
- On l models 1.8 disconnect electroconducting from the gauge of position of a camshaft (CMP) and remove a socket from a basic arm.
- Turn out the top bolt of fastening of the generator (the electroconducting Detachment see an illustration).
- Ослабьте the bottom fixing bolt also reject the generator back.
- Turn out a fixing bolt () and remove натяжитель a belt of a drive of the generator (Removal and installation натяжителя приводного a generator belt see).
- On l models 1.8 disconnect electroconducting from gauges of position of a cranked shaft (CKP) and emergency pressure of oil. Take a plait aside.

- At a corresponding complete set remove rubber protective caps, give fixing nuts and disconnect electroconducting from a back part of the generator.
|
|
- Turn out bandage of fastening of an arm of the generator to the block of cylinders and remove the generator. On the models equipped К/В, the generator acts in film downwards.
|
|
- Turn out bolts of fastening of the generator to an arm and remove an arm.
|
|
|
Engines of 2.0 l
|
|
- Remove the case of an air cleaner and inlet air lines (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
- Keeping a spring натяжителя in the cocked condition, remove a belt from pulleys (Routine maintenance see the Head).
- On models without air conditioner remove натяжитель a belt of a drive of the generator (Removal and installation натяжителя приводного a generator belt see).
- Turn out fixing bolts and remove arms of fastening of the generator from the inlet pipeline and a head of cylinders.
- At a corresponding complete set remove rubber protective caps from generator conclusions, give fixing nuts and disconnect from the generator electroconducting.
- Turn out three bolts of fastening of an arm of the generator to the block of cylinders, remove the generator with an arm, having lowered assemblage downwards.
- Turn out fixing bolts and separate an arm from the generator.

Installation
Installation is made upside-down.
|
|
- Track, that all fixture has been tightened with demanded effort. Make adjustment of effort of a tension приводного a belt (Routine maintenance see the Head).

Diesel models
Removal
|
|

|

- Ослабьте a belt of a drive of the generator (Routine maintenance see the Head) and remove it from a generator pulley. Turn out fixing bolts and remove a basic arm of fastening of the generator to the inlet pipeline.

- On models without К/В turn out fixing bolt of a directing lath натяжителя and remove it together with an adjusting nut. Turn out a fixing bolt and remove directing lath from a head of cylinders.
|
|
- On models with К/В turn out fixing bolts and remove the top basic arm of the generator.
- At a corresponding complete set remove rubber protective caps from generator conclusions, give fixing nuts and disconnect electroconducting from a back part of the generator.
|
- Turn out bolts of fastening of a basic arm of the generator to the block of cylinders, lift the generator upwards and take it from an impellent compartment. In case of need the generator can be separated from an arm by отдавания nuts and extraction of a fixing bolt.
|
|
|
The engine of 1.7 l DOHC
|
|
- Keeping a spring натяжителя in the cocked condition, remove a belt of a drive of auxiliary units from pulleys (Routine maintenance see the Head).
- At a corresponding complete set release fixture and remove protection картера.
- Turn out fixing bolts, disconnect electroconducting and remove horn small horns (the Onboard electric equipment see the Head).

- Disconnect electroconducting from the generator.
|
|
- Disconnect submitting tube from the vacuum pump located behind the generator, disconnect масловозвратную a tube, - prepare for gathering of spilt oil.
|
|
- Disconnect electromagnetic valve EGR and vacuum tubes from the vacuum pump.
|
- Turn out the top and bottom fixing bolts and take assemblage of the generator with the vacuum pump through an aperture formed after removal of small horns of a horn.

- In spite of the fact that the vacuum pump basically can be separated from the generator, at the moment of drawing up of the present Management any of knots in an individual order on the market of spare parts was not delivered, - in case of need address for consultations to experts of firm car repair shop Opel.

Engines of 2.0 litres
|
|
- Remove the case of an air cleaner and inlet air lines (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
- Keeping a spring натяжителя in the cocked condition, remove a belt from pulleys (Routine maintenance see the Head).

- Give two fixing screws and one nut and disconnect electroconducting from a back part of the generator.
|
|
- Remove thermofilters of a starter both turbocompressor and ослабьте the bottom bolt of fastening of the generator.
- Disconnect a vacuum tube and electroconducting and remove an electromagnetic safety valve (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
- Give a nut and remove the top bolt of fastening of the generator.
|
|
- Empty cooling system (Routine maintenance see the Head), or prepare for gathering of a spilt cooling liquid. Separate a flange охладительного a path from the right wall of a head of cylinders.
- Remove the bottom fixing bolt, lift the generator upwards and remove it from the car.

Installation
