Removal and installation of electric components of control system АТ
The gauge-switch of position of the lever of the selector / of the permission of start / of fires of a backing The given combined gauge-switch is responsible for operation of fires of a backing, provides possibility of start of the engine only in certain positions of the lever of the selector («Р» and «N»), and also carries out the control of functioning of indicators on the control panel. In default any of the listed functions it is necessary to make adjustment of the mechanism of switching. If adjustment does not give desirable results, replace the gauge-switch. Removal
|
- Establish the selector lever in position «N». Cock a lay brake, поддомкратьте a back of the car and establish it on props.
- For the purpose of providing of access to the gauge-switch, remove the storage battery with the adjusting pallet (the engine Electric equipment see the Head).
- Release a clamp (if that is provided) and accurately disconnect a cable of the selector from lever AT. Give a fixing nut and remove the lever from selector AT shaft.
- Walk on a plait of electroconducting from the gauge-switch to a contact socket and disunite last, preliminary having liberated a clamp from its case.
- On transmissions AF20 take measuring щуп, give a fixing nut and remove directing tube щупа with картера АТ, the sealing element of a tube is subject to replacement without fail.
- Unbend a lock washer (if it is provided), give the main nut and remove washers from selector AT shaft.
- Turn out bolts of fastening of a plate of switches and an electroconducting plait, having pulled upwards, remove switches.

Installation
|
- Before installation make sure that the shaft of the lever of the selector is in neutral position, - in the absence of confidence put on the selector lever a shaft and shift it against the stop back (in position «Р»), then translate on two clicks forward.
- Establish the gauge-switch on a transmission shaft, establish a basic arm of fastening of electroconducting. Screw fixing bolts, tighten them, while only by hand.
- Establish washers and screw the main nut on a selector shaft. Tighten a nut with demanded effort. Fix a nut by bending back of edge of a lock washer.
- Make gauge-switch adjustment (see more low).
- Connect electroconducting, - track correctness of a lining of a plait.
- On transmissions AF20 plant a new sealing element in an aperture in картере АТ, insert directing tube measuring and reliably tighten a nut of its fastening. Fill in a tube щуп.
- Establish the selector lever on a shaft and tighten a nut of its fastening with demanded effort. Connect a selector cable to the lever hinge.
- Establish into place the storage battery and check up serviceability of functioning of the gauge-switch, - in case of need make adjustment of a cable of the selector (Adjustment of the mechanism of a choice of transfers see).

Adjustment
|
- Execute Removal procedures, subitem 1-3 (see above).
|
- Switch transmission in position «N», — the selector shaft should be developed лысками in parallel marks on the gauge-switch case. In case of need, release bolts of fastening of the gauge-switch and correct position of the last in appropriate way. Having achieved demanded result, tighten bolts with demanded effort.

- Establish the selector lever on a shaft and tighten a fixing nut with demanded effort. Connect a tip of a cable of the selector to the lever and (at a corresponding complete set) fix its clamp.
- Establish into place the storage battery and check up serviceability of functioning of the gauge-switch, — if adjustment has not given desirable results, replace the gauge-switch.

Removal
|
- Remove assemblage of the lever of the selector (Removal and installation of assemblage of the lever of selector AT see).

- Push out the switch from the top part of the lever, having passed a piece of a welding electrode through special drilling.
|

- Accurately mark the switch and the electroconducting brought to it, then отпаяйте wires from plugs of the switch and remove last, — burn down electroconductings in case of need can be extended outside from the lever basis.

Installation
The switch of a winter mode
Removal
|
- Remove the central console (the Body see the Head). Turn out two fixing screws from the back party of a cover and remove last from lever assemblage.
- Release clamps and remove the panel of indicators from a basic arm of lever assemblage.
- Walk on a plait of electroconducting from the switch to a contact socket and disunite last. Liberate the switch from the display panel and remove it from the car.

The gauge-switch of activation of a mode kickdown
The gauge-switch is built in a cable of an accelerator and to replacement in an individual order is not subject. The description of procedure of replacement of a cable is resulted in the Head of the Power supply system and release.
The electronic module of management
Removal
The management module is established on the right under the panel of devices and attached on an arm to the case воздухораспределителя.

- Before module removal it is necessary to disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
- Remove the central console (the Body see the Head). Remove the left central air line (see the Head of System of cooling, heating).
- Disconnect a basic arm of the module from the case воздухораспределителя and take the module aside. If conducting disturbs to assemblage assignment, cut off a plastic collar of fastening of a plait. Disconnect electroconducting from the module in case of need remove last from a basic arm.

Installation
Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Track correctness of connection of electroconducting.
Gauges of turns of entrance and target shaft АТ
Removal
|
On transmissions AF20 gauges are established from above on картере. The gauge of an entrance shaft ahead and more close to a left edge of transmission, the day off - behind. On transmissions AF13 and AF17 gauges are established from above in a back part картера, - the gauge of a target shaft above the gauge of an entrance shaft. |

- On equipped with transmission AF13 and AF17 models cock a lay brake, поддомкратьте redock of the car and establish it on props. Remove the left forward wheel and локер protection of its arch (if it is provided - see the Head the Body). On models with transmissions AF20 for the purpose of providing of access to gauges remove the storage battery with the adjusting pallet (the engine Electric equipment see the Head).
- Disconnect electroconducting and absolutely wipe gauges and surfaces adjoining them картера.
- Turn out a fixing bolt and remove the corresponding gauge from transmission, the sealing ring is subject to replacement without fail.

Installation
|
- Preliminary having greased ATF, plant on the gauge a new sealing ring.
- Fill the gauge in the landing nest, screw a fixing bolt and tighten it with demanded effort. Restore initial connection of electroconducting.
- On l models 2.0 (transmission AF20) establish the storage battery. On equipped with transmission AF13 and AF17 models establish локер a wheel arch (if removed) and the left forward wheel. Lower the car on the earth and tighten nuts of fastening of a wheel with demanded effort.

- The gauge will screw in a forward part of the basis картера transmissions, — before to start its removal disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

- Walk from the gauge on electroconducting, — try to remember a route of a lining of a plait. Disconnect electroconducting and liberate it from intermediate clamps.

- Turn out fixing bolts and remove from the gauge a cover.

Installation
|
- Plant on the gauge a new sealing washer, take заглушку and quickly screw the gauge in an aperture in картере transmissions. Tighten the gauge with demanded effort. At once collect traces of the spilt liquid pure rags, then establish into place a cover and reliably tighten bolts of its fastening.
- In the correct image lay burn down electroconductings and fix it in all provided intermediate clamps.
- Lower the car and connect a negative wire to the battery. Check up level ATF, in case of need make corresponding updating (Routine maintenance see the Head).
