Dismantling of a head of cylinders

The new or restored head can be ordered on HUNDRED Opel or from a warehouse of the manufacturer. Whereas at carrying out of dismantling and check of a condition of a head some difficult and expensive adaptations be required, probably will get more cheaply the new or restored head.

At a corresponding complete set right after head removals take from the block of the engine a jet () oil dispersions, clean it (them) and combine in a separate polyethylene package.

Dismantling of a head of cylinders demands preliminary dismantle клапанного the mechanism (inlet and final valves with accompanying components). It is meant that levers of a drive of valves and a camshaft () are already taken from a head.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove a head of cylinders from the engine block (Procedures of repair of petrol engines SOHC without their extraction from the car, Procedure of repair of petrol engines DOHC without their extraction from the car or Procedure of repair of diesel engines of 1.7 l and 2.0 l without their extraction from the car see ).

By means of the special tool compress a spring () the first valve and take from a flute on a core crackers of the cutting lock of a plate (take advantage of a magnetised core, корнцангом, or nippers).
