Assemblage of a head of cylinders

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Without dependence from that, the head went to a workshop for carrying out of service of valves, or not, before to start its assemblage, once again carefully check up cleanliness of all components.
  2. After return of a head from a workshop in it valves with accompanying elements will be already established. In this case it is necessary to lower procedures of following two paragraphs and at once to pass to the actions described more low (item 5 see).
  1. On diesel engines grease cores of valves with liquid oil and fill them in the directing plugs.
  1. Establish saddles клапанных springs.
  1. On petrol engines establish saddles of springs, then, preliminary having dipped in pure impellent oil, plant on directing plug of the first valve маслоотражательный a cap, — operate extremely cautiously, trying not to damage sealing edges of a cap. Напрессовывание a cap on the plug it is made by means of cylindrical оправки in which quality the replaceable face head of the corresponding size, or a piece of a pipe of suitable diameter can be used.
  1. On diesel engines repeat procedures of the previous paragraph (маслоотражательный the cap is put at first on a valve core, then on directing plug).
  1. The special tool compress a spring, having lowered a plate, then establish in opened top flute on a core of the valve crackers of the cutting lock. For the purpose of time fixing of crackers to отпускания the tool grease them from the inside консистентной with greasing. Slowly release a spring and make sure of reliability of landing of crackers.

Usually springs are established by coils with the reduced step to a head.

  1. On engines DOHC establish into place pushers of valves and camshafts.
  2. On engines SOHC establish a camshaft, assemblages of hydropushers and levers of a drive of valves.
  3. Track, that the subject old components removed from a head further use have been established strictly on the former places.
