1. Ослабьте a collar of fastening of an inlet air line to the case throttle заслонки. Release latches of clamps of fastening of an air line to the air cleaner case, give the fixing screw / a nut () and take assemblage of an air cleaner from an impellent compartment.

2. Liberate from an arm on the case of an air cleaner the valve of a purge of a coal adsorber.

Hа models with the central injection it is required to disconnect also from the air cleaner case a vacuum hose and a sleeve of giving of warm air.

3. In certain cases air cleaner dismantle is interfaced to a detachment of hoses of system of ventilation картера and рассоединением contact sockets of electroconducting. Sometimes the air line is drawn to an arm by bolts.

1. Remove a sealing strip of an impellent compartment and a cover обтекателя, the windscreen established under a bottom edge.

2. For the purpose of providing of access to an inlet air line give fixing nuts / bolts and remove the top cover of the panel передка.

3. Remove an air cleaner and air lines (see above).

1. Release a collar and remove an inlet air line from a back part of the case of an air cleaner (illustrations the Scheme of connection of components of an inlet air path (model 1.7 of l SOHC) and the Scheme of connection of components of an inlet air path (model 1.7 of l DOHC) see).
2. Turn out screws (with heads of type TORX) fastenings of an arm of an air cleaner to a body and remove an air cleaner from the engine, - pay attention that in the bottom part of the case of an air cleaner there is a ledge which at installation should be combined in the correct image with reciprocal dredging in a mudguard.

3. The other air lines conducting to турбокомпрессору, intercoolerу and to the inlet pipeline it is possible to remove, having weakened corresponding collars and having turned out fixing screws. Pay attention that in an air line connecting the case of an air cleaner and an inlet jack, the gauge of measurement of weight of air (MAF) is built in, - before removal of an inlet air line disconnect electroconducting and remove the gauge.

1. On models Zafira remove a sealing strip of an impellent compartment and a cover обтекателя, the windscreen established under a bottom edge. For the purpose of providing of access to an inlet air line give fixing nuts / bolts and remove the top cover of the panel передка.

2. On all models disconnect a negative wire from the battery, and also electroconducting from gauges MAF and, - if it is established, - temperatures of soaked up air (IAT).

3. Disconnect a ventilation hose картера from an inlet air line, ослабьте a collar of fastening and remove an air line in gathering together with the gauge of a measuring instrument of weight of air and clean it from under a cowl.
4. Release clamps, uncover cases of an air cleaner and take filtering element, - try to remember adjusting position of components. Turn out a fixing bolt and remove the air cleaner case, having disconnected it from an inlet air line.
5. On models with низконапорным a turbo-supercharging (engines X20DTL/Y20DTL) (the Scheme of connection of components of an inlet air path (model 2.0 of l with низконапорным a turbo-supercharging see an illustration)) for removal of the air lines conducting to турбокомпрессору and the inlet pipeline, preliminary turn out fixing screws and remove from the engine a plastic protective casing. Release a clamp of fastening of the air line connecting a metal sleeve with the pipeline. Turn out bolts of fastening of a tube to a cover of a head of cylinders, ослабьте a fixing collar and disconnect a sleeve from turbocompressor. Remove assemblage of a sleeve with an air line from the top part of the engine and take the sealing ring established between a sleeve and the compressor.
6. On models with high pressure a turbo-supercharging (engine Y2ODTH) (the Scheme of connection of components of an inlet air path (model 2.0 of l with high pressure a turbo-supercharging see an illustration)) release fixing collars / give bolts and remove the air lines connecting intercooler and the inlet pipeline, and also a sleeve turbocompressor. For removal of a metal sleeve, disconnect from it an air line, then ослабьте a collar of fastening of a sleeve to турбокомпрессору. Turn out a fixing bolt and remove a sleeve from the engine, - pay attention to the sealing ring established.

1. Track reliability of a tightening of collars of fastening of air lines. On diesel engines of 2.0 l do not forget to replace a sealing ring, on a joint of a metal sleeve with турбокомпрессором (if disconnected a sleeve).
