Removal and installation of the case of a throttle - petrol models
Engines of 1.6 l SOHC
|
|

Dump residual pressure in the power supply system (Sbrasyvanie of pressure in the power supply system of petrol engines see). Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
|
- Ослабьте a collar.
|
|
- Disconnect from a cover of the case of a throttle an inlet air line (do not forget to remove a sealing lining).
|
|
- Also disconnect from a cover air and vacuum hoses, turn out fixing screws and uncover with a sealing ring the top part of the case of a throttle.
|
- Release clamps disunite contact sockets of electroconducting of the gauge of position (potentiometer) throttle заслонки (TPS), the step-by-step engine and an injector. Take conducting aside.
|
|
- Disconnect from the throttle case fuel hoses.
|
- Disconnect draught of an accelerator from the hinge on the throttle case.
|
|
- Disconnect from the throttle case air and vacuum hoses.
|
- Give nuts of fastening of the case of a throttle to the inlet pipeline and remove knot together with a sealing lining. The lining at assemblage is subject to replacement without fail.
|
|
- In case of need turn out coupling screws (with heads of type TORX) and divide the throttle case on two parts. Remove and will throw out a sealing lining - at assemblage the lining is subject to replacement without fail.
|
|
- Make sure of absoluteness of cleanliness and dryness of interfaced surfaces, replace a sealing lining and collect the throttle case. Before вворачиванием grease a carving part of fixing screws анаэробным with hermetic. In stages tighten screws with demanded effort.
- Make sure of absoluteness of cleanliness and dryness of interfaced surfaces of the case of a throttle and the inlet pipeline, remove all traces of old hermetic from carving parts of nuts and fixing hairpins / of bolts.
- Lay on the pipeline a new lining, from above establish the throttle case. Grease a carving part of fixing nuts анаэробным with hermetic. In stages tighten fixture with demanded effort.
- Restore initial connection of vacuum and air hoses, connect to the hinge draught of a drive throttle заслонкой.
- Connect to the throttle case fuel hoses. Tighten with demanded effort of a nut штуцерных connections. Restore initial connection of electroconducting.
- Having replaced a sealing ring, establish into place a cover of the case of a throttle наместо. Screw and reliably tighten screws of fastening of a cover, then connect an inlet air line and vacuum hoses.
- Connect a negative wire to the battery. Start the engine and before departure check up power supply system components on presence of signs of development of leaks.

Engines of 1.4 and 1.6 l DOHC
|
|
- Dump residual pressure in the power supply system (Sbrasyvanie of pressure in the power supply system of petrol engines see). Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
- Uncover маслозаливной mouths. Turn out fixing screws and remove a protective casing of the engine. Screw on a place a cover маслозаливной mouths.

- Disconnect electroconducting from the gauge of temperature of soaked up air (IAT), disconnect an inlet air line from an air cleaner and the throttle case, - on models Zafira it is required to remove a sealing strip of an impellent compartment and established under a reflector windscreen. For the purpose of providing of access to an inlet air line give fixing nuts and bolts, a panel cover передка.

- Disconnect a hose of the valve of a purge of a coal adsorber on the left side of the inlet pipeline.
|
|
- Release a clamp and disconnect a tip of a cable from the lever of a drive throttle заслонки. Liberate a cover of a cable from a basic arm and take a cable aside.
- Turn out fixing bolts and remove the case of a throttle from the pipeline. Remove and will throw out a sealing lining, - at assemblage it is subject to replacement without fail.
- Turn the throttle case so that it was possible to steal up to hoses of system of cooling. Put identification labels, ослабьте fixing collars and disconnect both hoses, - at once закупорьте the open ends of hoses for the purpose of minimisation of losses of a cooling liquid.
- Disconnect electroconducting from gauge TPS and the step-by-step engine of system of stabilisation of turns of idling, then take the case of a throttle from an impellent compartment.
- Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Pay attention to following moments:
- Before installation of the case of a throttle on a collector make sure of correctness of connection to it of all wires and hoses.
- On forget to replace sealing linings (preliminary make sure of absoluteness of cleanliness and dryness of interfaced surfaces), and track that all fixture has been tightened with demanded effort.
- Track correctness of a lining and reliability of fixing of all hoses.
- In end make adjustment of a cable of gas (Removal, installation and adjustment of a cable of gas - petrol models see).

Engines of 1.8 and 2.0 l
|
|
- Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
- Uncover маслозаливной mouths. Turn out fixing screws and remove a protective casing of the engine. Screw on a place a cover маслозаливной mouths.

- Disconnect electroconducting from the gauge of measurement of weight of air (MAF).
|
|
- Release clamps and disconnect from an air cleaner and the case of a throttle an inlet air line together with the gauge, - on models Zafira it is required to remove a sealing strip of an impellent compartment and established under a reflector windscreen. For the purpose of providing of access to an inlet air line give fixing nuts and bolts, a panel cover передка.

- Release a clamp and disconnect a tip of a cable from the lever of a drive throttle заслонки. Liberate a cover of a cable from a basic arm and take a cable aside. On the models equipped with a control system in the speed, it is necessary to disconnect also приводной a cable tempostatа, - the cable tip is connected to the hinge of the lever of a drive throttle заслонки by means of a lock bracket.
- Turn out fixing bolts and remove a basic arm of a cable from the throttle case.
- Release fixing collars and disconnect a ventilation hose картера from a cover газораспределительного the mechanism and the throttle case.

- Press clamps both throttles of a hose of system of cooling connected to the case, disconnect them, preliminary having weakened collars. At once collect rags traces of the spilt cooling liquid.

|
- Disconnect from the case of a throttle a hose of ventilation of a fuel tank.
- On l models 2.0 disconnect electroconducting from the gauge of position throttle заслонки (TPS) and the valve of stabilisation of turns of idling. On engines of 1.8 l disconnect electroconducting from throttle заслонки.
|
- Disconnect from the throttle case all remained vacuum and air hoses, - try to remember an order of connection of hoses. Turn out screws with heads of type TORX and remove the case of a throttle from the inlet pipeline.
|
|
- Remove and will throw out a sealing lining - at installation the lining is subject to replacement without fail.
|
|
