Removal and installation of the panel of devices

Models of cars considered in the present Management are equipped by system of additional safety (SRS). Before to start performance of any works near to the block of a pillow of safety, a steering column or the instrument panel, disconnect SRS in order to avoid reception of traumas at its casual operation (the Onboard electric equipment see the Head). Electroconducting of chain SRS is easy for distinguishing on yellow colour of isolation.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Disconnect a negative wire from the battery. Before to start performance of forthcoming works wait not less than one minute during which the condenser of independent power supply SRS should be discharged. Remove the central console and an ashtray (Removal and installation of a ware box see).
Remove a rug, then a screw-driver release the top and bottom clamps.
Liberate from the panel of devices a box for trifles.
Remove a radio receiver and its assembly box (the Onboard electric equipment see the Head). On the models equipped with navigating system, remove the block of last (the Onboard electric equipment see the Head).
Through the formed aperture a screw-driver release clamps of handles of management of functioning of a heater and remove them from the control panel.
Turn out the bottom fixing bolts, accurately remove from the panel of devices a decorative overlay.
Then disconnect electroconducting from assemblage of the multipurpose display.
Remove the alarm system switch (the Onboard electric equipment see the Head) and disconnect its electroconducting. In case of need turn out fixing screws and remove from the panel the multipurpose display.
Remove the switch of management of functioning of the lighting devices, established with the driver's party of the panel of devices (the Onboard electric equipment see the Head). Turn out fixing screws and remove from the panel of devices дефлектор a lateral air line and the switch.
After deployment дефлектора downwards through the fixed position access to fixing screws through its lattice should open.
If дефлектор turns hardly, turn out screws through a lattice, then release lateral clamps and develop дефлектор before installation.
Liberate дефлектор from the panel of devices and take from it screws.
Disconnect electroconducting from the case of the switch of management of functioning of lighting devices and lower last downwards.
Remove a ware box (Removal and installation of a ware box see).
Having developed downwards дефлектор the right lateral air line, turn out through its lattice fixing screws.
Turn out also a fastening bolt дефлектора and remove last from the panel of devices.
Through an aperture under installation of a ware box disconnect electroconducting from the module of a passenger pillow of safety, - try not to damage conclusions of a contact socket.
Remove a steering wheel (the Suspension bracket and a steering see the Head). Remove from the panel of devices the left bottom section of furnish. The scheme of installation of the bottom sections of furnish of the panel of devices
Turn out fixing screws and remove the top and bottom sections of a casing of a steering column (the Suspension bracket and a steering see the Head). For the purpose of expansion of working space remove both lobbies of a seat (Removal and installation of forward seats see).
Accurately remove internal overlays of thresholds, turn out fixing screws and remove forward angular overlays of thresholds.
Disconnect electroconducting from a back part of the panel of devices, - try to remember a route of a lining of plaits.
Remove the right bottom section of furnish of the panel of devices (Removal and installation of panels of internal furnish of salon see) and a sleeve of giving of air in a passenger foot well.
Separate from the panel of devices дефлектор sleeves of giving of air on having blown in a windscreen.
Under a windscreen turn out three screws of fastening of the obverse panel to a partition of an impellent compartment, - lateral screws are covered plastic заглушками. Make sure that all electroconducting is disconnected also disturbs nothing to removal of the panel of devices. Together with the assistant accurately separate the panel from a partition of an impellent compartment and cautiously take it from car salon. Installation is made upside-down. Having hooked a small screw-driver, release clamps and remove the switch of management of functioning of lighting devices.
Having passed pair of small screw-drivers in an aperture under switch installation, release clamps and remove the panel of switches, - pay attention that the electroconducting socket remains in the panel of devices.
Uncover the assembly block of safety locks.
Remove the top section of a lattice lateral дефлектора from lateral aspect of the panel of devices, turn out screws of fastening of a decorative overlay of the panel of devices, - all screw over a guard, one screw in the top external corner, one screw in a lattice of the top internal corner and four screws below. Remove from the panel of devices a decorative overlay and disconnect electroconducting.
Remove a combination of devices (the Onboard electric equipment see the Head), - do not forget to disconnect electroconducting.
Give a nut and the screw of fastening of the assembly block of safety locks, liberate burn down electroconductings from the holder in an aperture under installation of an instrument guard and release a plastic collar.
Remove the assembly block and take him aside.
Having hooked шлицевой a screw-driver with a wide sting (or шпателем), accurately remove from the panel of devices the forward decorative overlay established under a windscreen. Remove plastic заглушки, turn out fixing screws and remove decorative overlays from racks And.
Remove also external sections of furnish from both parties of the panel of devices.
Remove forward lateral panels of an upholstery from both parties of salon, then remove the bottom panels of furnish from racks And.
Remove a ware box (Removal and installation of a ware box see).
Remove дефлектор the right air line.
Turn out fixing screws.
Remove the case дефлектора.
Remove the bottom sections of furnish of the panel of devices (Removal and installation of the central console see), release clamps and remove the bottom air lines of systems of heating / of ventilation of salon.
Disunite contact sockets laid under the panel of devices of electroconducting, - try to remember an order of connection and a route of a lining of plaits.

Together with the assistant, accurately separate the panel of devices from a partition of an impellent compartment and take it from salon. Installation is made upside-down.
