Removal and installation of bumpers
Forward bumper Removal
|
|
- Under the car remove three plastic clamps of fastening of an overlay of a forward bumper to the protection panel картера. For removal two-componental it is necessary to liberate from it the central pin then to take external sections.
- Turn out lateral fixing screws and the bottom screws of fastening to a bumper overlay локеров.
- Ask the assistant to adhere a bumper, remove plastic заглушки and turn out the top screws of fastening of an overlay to the panel передка.

- Accurately separate lateral sections of an overlay of a bumper from wings, and, having pulled forward, remove an overlay. On the models equipped with antifog headlights and washers of lenses of head headlights, having removed a bumper, disconnect corresponding electroconducting. In case of need disconnect conducting from the gauge of temperature of external air.

- Release fixing clamps and separate from an overlay of a bumper the spoiler panel.

- Give fixing nuts and remove from the car bearing beam of a bumper.

Installation
Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components.
|
|
- Check up a condition полистирольной linings of a forward bumper, in case of need make its replacement.
|
|
Back bumper
|
|
- Open a door of a back / a luggage space cover.
|
- Under the car turn out bolts of fastening of the bottom part of a bumper to the back panel.
- In a back part of wheel arches turn out on two screws of fastening локеров to a bumper overlay.
- Ask the assistant to adhere a bumper and turn out the top fixing bolts.

- Accurately remove lateral sections of a bumper from directing arms on wings and, having pulled back, separate a bumper from the car.

On models Zafira equipped with the hook-on device for providing of access to a turnbuckle it is enough to shift latches inside and to uncover. |
Installation is made upside-down.
