Removal and installation of the control panel by functioning of systems of heating / of ventilation / of an air conditioning

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove an ashtray and a small ware pocket (the Body see the Head).
  2. Remove a radio tape recorder with an assembly box (the Onboard electric equipment see the Head). At a corresponding complete set remove the navigating block.
  3. Accurately having hooked a suitable screw-driver, remove a decorative facing overlay from the panel of devices.
  4. Disconnect handles and squeeze out of a facing overlay of a lattice дефлекторов. Remove assemblage of the multipurpose display (the Onboard electric equipment see the Head).
  5. Translate the handle of a choice of a temperature mode in vertical position and disconnect a management cable, - try to remember adjusting position of a cable.
  6. Disconnect electroconducting from switches of management of functioning of a heater / of the conditioner of air.
  7. Disconnect the remained cables of management (try to remember an order of their connection) and remove the control panel from a facing overlay.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove a ware box (the Body see the Head).
  2. Remove the bottom finishing sections from both parties of the panel of devices.
  3. Remove an air line from outside the passenger.
  4. Remove the panel of devices (the Body see the Head).
  5. Disconnect cables of management from top and bottom distributive заслонок. Liberate cables from intermediate clamps.
  6. Remove an ashtray and a small ware pocket (the Body see the Head).
  7. Remove a radio tape recorder with an assembly box (the Onboard electric equipment see the Head). At a corresponding complete set remove the navigating block.
  8. Accurately having hooked a suitable screw-driver, remove a decorative facing overlay from the panel of devices.
  9. Disconnect from the control panel electroconducting and приводные cables, - try to remember adjusting position of components.
  10. Remove the control panel.

Cables of management of functioning of systems of heating / of ventilation / air conditionings (execution)

  • At a detachment of a cable with a clamp of grey colour the corresponding handle should be established in position "Cold"
  • At a detachment of a cable with a clamp of white colour the corresponding handle should be established in position «Having blown in a windscreen»
  • At a detachment of a cable with a clamp of green colour the corresponding handle should be established in position «air Giving in foot wells»

    1. Remove a ware box (the Body see the Head).
    2. Remove the bottom finishing sections from both parties of the panel of devices.
    3. Remove a forward ashtray.
    1. Turn out the bottom screws and liberate from clamps the top part of the control panel. Liberate the control panel from the panel of devices.
    1. By means of a screw-driver accurately liberate the alarm system switch, the switch traction control systems (at a corresponding complete set) and the switch of heating of seats (at a corresponding complete set).
    1. Disconnect control panels electroconducting.
    1. Release clamps, disconnect operating draughts and remove the control panel. Try to remember a connection order приводных cables (illustrations Cables of management of functioning of systems of heating / of ventilation / of an air conditioning (execution and Cables of management of functioning of systems of heating / of ventilation / air conditionings (execution) see).

    Installation

    Installation is made upside-down.

     PERFORMANCE ORDER

    1. Track correctness of connection of electroconducting and management cables. Make sure that all control lamps are on the places. At installation of panel Delphi pay attention to installation приводного of a cable of management of functioning mixing заслонки, - the management handle should not come off back in extreme positions.
