Removal and installation of the gauge of level of impellent oil
Petrol models
Models 1.4, 1.6 and 1.8 l
The gauge of level of oil is established in the pallet картера the engine, from its forward party.

- Cock a lay brake, поддомкратьте redock of the car and establish it on props. At a corresponding complete set remove protection картера the engine.
- Merge impellent oil in pure capacity, screw into place a drain stopper and tighten it with demanded effort (Routine maintenance see the Head).
- Disconnect from the gauge electroconducting.

- Turn out fixing bolts and remove the gauge in gathering with a sealing ring, - the ring is subject to replacement without fail.

- Installation is made upside-down. Track correctness of laying of electroconducting. In summary fill in in the engine oil (Routine maintenance see the Head).

L models 2.0
The gauge (if it is provided) is established in the pallet картера the engine.
|
|
- Remove the bottom section of the pallet (the Engine see the Head).
- Turn out fixing bolts and remove the gauge, - try to remember a route of a lining of electroconducting. Check up a condition of a sealing element, - in case of need make its replacement.
- Before installation carefully clean a carving of fixing bolts, completely having removed them it all traces of old hermetic. Put fresh hermetic. Grease a sealing element with impellent oil.
- Establish the gauge (track correctness of a lining of electroconducting) and tighten bolts of its fastening with demanded effort. Pass a contact socket through the pallet, - try not to damage a sealing element. Latch a lock clamp.
- Make sure of correctness of landing of the gauge, then establish into place the bottom section of the pallet (the Engine see the Head).

Diesel models
The gauge of level of oil (if it is established) is established in the pallet.
|
|
- Remove the pallet (the Engine see the Head).
- Remove a lock ring and push a contact socket of electroconducting of the gauge in the pallet.
- Turn out fixing bolts and remove the gauge.
- Establish the gauge on the regular place, screw and tighten with demanded effort fixing bolts.

- Establish a new sealing ring, plant an electroconducting socket in an aperture in the pallet and fix its lock ring (1).

- Establish the pallet (the Engine see the Head).
