Removal, service and installation of the oil pump
Removal

|
The reduktsionnyj valve can be removed without preliminary dismantle of pump assemblage. |
|
|
- Remove a belt of drive ГРМ (Removal and installation of a belt of drive ГРМ see).
- Remove cogwheels of cranked and distributive shaft, and also натяжитель belt ГРМ (Removal and installation натяжителя газораспределительного a belt and cogwheels of drive ГРМ see).
- Turn out bolts of fastening of a back cover of drive ГРМ from a head of cylinders and the case of the oil pump, uncover the engine.
- Remove the pallet картера and маслозаборник (Removal and pallet installation картера see).
- Disconnect electroconducting from the gauge of emergency pressure of oil.
- Turn out a bolt of fastening of the gauge of position of a cranked shaft, take away the gauge from the pallet.
- Turn out bolts of fastening of the case of the oil pump. Extremely cautiously remove the case of the pump from a pin of a cranked shaft, — try not to admit loss of directing plugs. Remove a sealing lining of the case. The lining can be thrown out, — at assemblage it is subject to replacement without fail.

Service
|
|
- Turn out fixing screws and remove a back cover of the pump.
|
|
- Marker (at all кернером and not a chisel!) mark adjusting position of internal and external gear wheels of the pump, — at assemblage components should be established strictly similarly.
|
- Take internal and external gear wheels from the case of pump assemblage.
|
|
- Turn out from the assemblage case заглушку редукционного the valve, take from a landing nest a spring and плунжер, — try to remember adjusting position of components. Remove with заглушки a sealing washer.
|
|
|
|
The valve can be disassembled without preliminary dismantle of the pump. |
|
- Carefully clear all components and attentively examine them on presence of signs of excessive deterioration, having chopped off, задиров and other mechanical damages. The failed elements replace. In case of revealing of defects of gear wheels or the case all pump in gathering is subject to replacement.
|
- If the condition of components is found satisfactory, measure with the help щупа лезвийного type backlash size between teeths of internal and external gear wheels, and also size axial люфта gear wheels and planeness of a cover. If the result any of measurements falls outside the limits an admissible range (Specifications see), replace pump assemblage.

Pump assemblage is made upside-down. Pay attention to following moments:
- Make sure of correctness of installation of both gear wheels (see the marks put in the course of dismantle).
- Do not forget to replace a sealing washer заглушки редукционного the valve, — itself заглушку tighten with demanded усилиемю
- Before вворачиванием clean a carving part of fixing bolts and put on it a layer fresh hermetic, track, that all fixture has been tightened with demanded effort.
- On termination of assemblage fill the pump with fresh impellent oil, manually rotating its internal gear wheel.

Installation
|
|
- Before pump installation remove from its case an epiploon of a cranked shaft, accurately having hooked it approaching a Russian cabbage soup шлицевой a screw-driver. Fill a new epiploon with sealing sponges in the engine. Запрессуйте an epiploon by means of cylindrical оправки заподлицо with the pump case. Track, that оправка rested only against rigid external edge of an epiploon.

|
In quality оправки it is possible to use a replaceable face head of the suitable size or a piece of a pipe of the corresponding diameter. Having planted an epiploon, grease its sealing sponges with pure impellent oil. |
|
- Make sure of absoluteness of cleanliness and dryness of interfaced surfaces of the case of the pump and the block. Track, that directing plugs were on the regular places.
- Establish on the block of cylinders a new sealing lining.
|
- Accurately establish the pump into place, — track correctness of input of an internal gear wheel in gearing with facets of a cranked shaft. Extremely cautiously plant pump assemblage on directing plugs, — try not to damage an epiploon sponge about ledges (1) and facets (2).
|
|
- Screw bolts of fastening of the case of the pump and tighten them with demanded effort.
- Connect electroconducting to the gauge of the gauge of pressure of oil. Establish on the place in the case of the pump the gauge of position of a cranked shaft (CKP), screw and tighten with demanded effort a bolt of its fastening.
- Establish маслозаборник and the pallet картера (Removal and pallet installation картера see).
- Establish on the engine a back cover of drive ГРМ, — track, that fixing bolts have been tightened with demanded effort.
- Establish cogwheels and натяжитель a belt of drive ГРМ (Removal and installation натяжителя газораспределительного a belt and cogwheels of drive ГРМ see). Establish газораспределительный a belt (Removal and installation of a belt of drive ГРМ see).
- In summary replace the oil filter (Routine maintenance see the Head).
