- Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
- Remove an air cleaner.
- Cock a lay brake, поддомкратьте redock of the car and establish it on props. Remove the right forward wheel.
- With chalk or paint mark a direction of rotation of a belt of a drive of auxiliary units. Having taken away натяжитель with the help накидного a key, ослабьте a belt also remove it from the engine.
- Remove the top section of a cover of drive ГРМ [1].
- Prop up the engine by means of adaptation KM-6001 and establish aligning tool KM-909-V.
- Remove натяжитель a belt of a drive of auxiliary units.

- Remove the right support of a suspension bracket of the power unit in gathering with the arm.
|
|
- Having passed in a transmission dome special tool KM-911 [2], block from проворачивания a flywheel.
- Turn out a fixing bolt [3] and remove a pulley of a cranked shaft [4].
- Remove the bottom section of a cover of drive ГРМ [5].
- Take blocking flywheel the tool.
- Temporarily screw into place a bolt of a pulley of a cranked shaft and result the engine in position ВМТ of the end of a step of compression of the piston of the first cylinder (Reduction of the piston of the first cylinder in position of the top dead point of a step of compression (ВМТ) see. Make sure of correctness of combination of adjusting labels [6].
- Check up correctness of combination of an adjusting label of a cogwheel with reciprocal риской on a back cover of drive ГРМ [7], — in case of need turn a cranked shaft on one complete revolution.
- Take away a mobile segment натяжителя before combination of apertures [8] and fix it in this position, having passed in apertures a suitable core.
- Remove газораспределительный a belt.

Installation

- Make sure of correctness of combination of adjusting labels [6] and [7].
- Having begun with a cogwheel of a cranked shaft and moving counter-clockwise, establish газораспределительный a belt. Track, that the belt has been tense on sites between the next wheels.
- Take from натяжителя a lock core [8] and ослабьте bolts of fastening of assemblage of the water pump [9].
- By means of special tool KM-421-A develop the pump clockwise, having chosen a weak point of a tape of a belt [10], — the mobile section натяжителя should appear opposite to an emphasis [11]. Slightly tighten bolts of fastening of the pump.
- Turn a cranked shaft on two complete revolutions clockwise and achieve correct combination of adjusting labels [6] and [7].
- Again release fixing bolts [9] and by means of tool KM-421-A develop the water pump counter-clockwise [12] so that the index натяжителя has appeared opposite to V-shaped risks of a basic plate [13].
- Tighten bolts of fastening of the pump with demanded effort (8 Nanometers).
- Turn a cranked shaft on two complete revolutions clockwise, having resulted the engine in position ВМТ of the end of a step of compression of the piston of the first cylinder, — make sure of correctness of combination of adjusting labels [6] and [7]. If demanded combination of labels does not occur, repeat procedure of adjustment of a tension of a belt.
- Having passed in a transmission dome special tool KM-911, block a flywheel [2].
- Turn out a bolt of a pulley of a cranked shaft [3].
- Operating in an order, the return to a dismantle order, establish on the places the removed components.
- Screw a bolt of a pulley of a cranked shaft and tighten it with demanded effort.
