Replacement of epiploons of a cranked shaft
Right (from outside drive ГРМ) an epiploon
|
|
- Remove a cogwheel of a cranked shaft (Removal and installation натяжителя газораспределительного a belt and cogwheels of drive ГРМ see).
|
- Accurately drill or punch two apertures in a rigid face surface of an epiploon. Screw in apertures pair саморезов. Grasp nippers heads of screws and accurately take an epiploon from a landing nest, — try not to damage the case of the oil pump.

|
- Smooth out contact surfaces of a landing nest and a shaft pin, carefully having removed from them an agnail and the tease, capable to lead to failure of a new epiploon.
|
- Grease sealing sponges of a new epiploon with pure impellent oil and by means of cylindrical оправки in regular intervals запрессуйте an epiploon in a landing nest sponges inside and заподлицо with a case surface.

|
In quality оправки the replaceable face head of the corresponding size, or a piece of a pipe of suitable diameter will approach, — track, that оправка rested only against rigid edge of an epiploon. |

- Remove traces of oil and establish a cogwheel of a cranked shaft (Removal and installation натяжителя газораспределительного a belt and cogwheels of drive ГРМ see).

- Remove a flywheel / приводной a disk (Removal, check of a condition and flywheel / installation приводного a disk see).
- Accurately drill or punch two apertures in a rigid face surface of an epiploon. Screw in apertures pair саморезов. Grasp flat-nose pliers heads of screws and accurately take an epiploon from a landing nest.
- Smooth out contact surfaces of a landing nest and a shaft pin, carefully having removed from them an agnail and the tease, capable to lead to failure of a new epiploon.

- Grease sealing sponges of a new epiploon with pure impellent oil and by means of cylindrical оправки in regular intervals запрессуйте an epiploon in a landing nest sponges inside and заподлицо with a block surface.
