Removal

  1. Remove газораспределительный a belt (Removal and installation of a belt of drive ГРМ see).
  1. Block a camshaft from проворачивания at отпускании the central bolt of its cogwheel. Make of two pieces of steel plates (one long, and one short) and three bolts with nuts вильчатое the adaptation for wheel deduction. One bolt use as axial, others two fix on the plug ends, - they are entered into gearing with apertures in a cogwheel. It is alternatively possible to uncover газораспределительного the mechanism (Removal and cover installation газораспределительного the mechanism see) and to keep a shaft рожковым a key for лыски.
  1. Turn out the central bolt and remove it from a shaft together with a washer. Remove a cogwheel. Check up landing density in a pin of an adjusting pin of a wheel, — in case of need take a pin and clean it in a reliable place.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Before installation check up a condition of an epiploon of a camshaft. In case of revealing of traces of leaks or deterioration signs replace an epiploon (Replacement of an epiploon of a camshaft see).
  1. Plant a cogwheel on a shaft pin, — track correctness of hit of a fixing pin in a reception aperture on a wheel.
  1. Screw the central bolt with the washer put on it and tighten it with demanded effort, keeping a shaft from проворачивания one of described above ways.
  1. Establish a belt of drive ГРМ (Removal and installation of a belt of drive ГРМ) see, then (if removed) establish a cover газораспределительного the mechanism (Removal and cover installation газораспределительного the mechanism see).

  1. Remove a belt of drive ГРМ (Removal and installation of a belt of drive ГРМ see).
  2. Remove a cogwheel from a pin of a cranked shaft, — try to remember, the wheel has been established by what party.
  3. Check up reliability of landing in the groove шпонки, — in case of need take шпонку and clean it in a reliable place.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. If took, establish шпонку in a groove in a pin of a cranked shaft.
  1. Having tracked hit шпонки in шпоночный a groove, plant a cogwheel on a pin of a shaft labels outside.
  1. Establish a belt of drive ГРМ (Removal and installation of a belt of drive ГРМ see).

  1. Remove a belt of drive ГРМ (Removal and installation of a belt of drive ГРМ see).
  1. Turn out fixing bolt натяжителя [3] and remove last from assemblage of the oil pump.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Establish натяжитель on the engine, — track correctness of input of a ledge on its basis with a window in the case of the oil pump. Having made sure of correctness of landing натяжителя, screw fixing boat and tighten it with demanded effort.
