Removal, check of a condition and installation of components of a drive of valves

|
- Application of special adaptation KM-565 (or a substitute equivalent to it), levers of a drive of valves and jacks клапанных backlashes can be removed without preliminary dismantle of a camshaft.
- Cock a lay brake, then поддомкратьте redock of the car and establish it on props. Remove the right forward wheel, at a corresponding complete set remove also protection картера.

- Turn a cranked shaft in a normal direction for a pulley bolt so that a cam of the first valve, приводные which components are subject to service, it was developed by a working ledge upwards.
- Fix the adaptation from above on the case газораспределительного the mechanism, having combined its tip with an end face of a core of the corresponding valve. Installation
|
|
- Grease with pure impellent oil the lever of a drive of the valve and the jack of its backlash and fill last in the nest in a head of cylinders. Establish on the place the lever of a drive of the valve, — track correctness of placing of its ends at an end face of a core of the valve and a surface of the hydraulic jack. Cautiously remove the adaptation.
- Operating in a similar manner, make service of components of a drive of the remained valves.

Removal
|
|
- Absence of possibility of application of the special adaptation leads to necessity of dismantle of a camshaft for gathering with the case газораспределительного the mechanism for the purpose of providing of access to components subject to service.
|
- Having removed the case газораспределительного the mechanism, prepare 8 pure polyethylene bags or plastic glasses, having designated them as numbering of valves (it is possible to take advantage also of the big box divided into eight separate sections). Serially remove levers of a drive of valves, маслоотражательные caps and hydraulic jacks and spread out them on in appropriate way to the marked capacities.

Check
|
|
- Check up surfaces of levers of a drive of valves contacting to cams on presence of signs of deterioration and mechanical damages, — defective levers replace. In case of revealing of defects of levers check up also a condition of working surfaces of corresponding cams of a camshaft, — most likely they too will appear are damaged or worn out.
- Check up a condition маслоотражательных caps, make necessary replacements.

Installation
|
|
- Grease hydrojacks and walls of their landing nests with pure impellent oil. Establish jacks on the former places.
- Establish on valves маслоотражательные caps.
- Grease with pure impellent oil levers of a drive of valves and establish them on the former places, supervising correctness of landing on jacks and стрежнях valves.
