Remove transmission (the Manual transmission or Automatic transmission see the Head) and coupling (Coupling and power shafts see the Head).
|
- By means of the suitable adaptation block a flywheel from проворачивания. With a paint or a marker mark position of a flywheel concerning a cranked shaft.
|
|
- Turn out fixing bolts and remove a flywheel, — in case of need take advantage of the help of the assistant as the flywheel is heavy enough.
|
|
Models with АТ
|
|
- Remove transmission (the Manual transmission or Automatic transmission see the Head).
- By means of the suitable adaptation block приводной a disk (see above).
- Turn out fixing bolts and remove fixing plate and приводной a disk from a flange of a cranked shaft, — try to remember adjusting position of components.

Check
|
|
- Survey a flywheel / приводной a disk on presence of signs of deterioration or выкрашивания wreath teeths. On models with manual transmission the wreath can be in case of need replaced, - for landing to a flywheel it should be warmed up to order temperature 180—230°С.
- Study a condition contacting to a disk of coupling of a working surface of a flywheel. In case of revealing of deep furrows or задиров, the flywheel can be given in проточку, however it will be more reasonable than it to replace.

Installation

New bolts of fastening of a flywheel be required. |

|
- Smooth out interfaced surfaces of a flywheel and a cranked shaft, — track, that carving apertures in a shaft flange have been completely cleared of traces of old hermetic.
- Grease a carving part of fixing bolts with fixing hermetic, establish a flywheel and fix its bolts. At installation of the flywheel which was in the use track correctness of combination of the landing labels put in the course of dismantle.
- Block a flywheel a method used at removal. In a diagonal order in stages in regular intervals tighten all bolts with effort of the first stage.
- Hold on fixture on corners of 2nd, then where it is required, — 3rd stages of a tightening (see Specifications), — take advantage of a goniometric nozzle, or preliminary put a paint basic labels.
- Establish coupling (Coupling and power shafts see the Head). Remove the adaptation blocking a flywheel and establish transmission (the Manual transmission or Automatic transmission see the Head).
