Removal and case installation газораспределительного the mechanism (engines of 1.7 l DOHC)

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove a camshaft cogwheel (Removal and installation натяжителя a belt and cogwheels of drive ГРМ (engines 1.7 see. Uncover газораспределительного the mechanism (Removal and cover installation газораспределительного the mechanism see). Turn out two bolts of fastening of a back cover газораспределительного a belt to the case газораспределительного the mechanism.
Remove fuel atomizers (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
Turn out bolts of fastening of an air sleeve turbocompressor and remove an arm from the left back part of the case газораспределительного the mechanism and the inlet pipeline. Release clamps and separate a sleeve from an inlet air line.
Turn out bolts of fastening of a tube of system рециркуляции the fulfilled gases (EGR) to a final collector — do not forget about a sealing lining.
Release big штуцерный a socket, disconnect a tube from valve EGR and remove it from the engine. Now it is possible to make removal from the case газораспределительного the mechanism of the left back elevating eye of the power unit.
Disconnect from a tube a hose of return of fuel. Disunite sockets of electroconducting of a heater.
Liberate refrigerator lines of a central air of air from clamps on the right mudguard. Disconnect electroconducting and turn out three bolts of fastening of the compressor of the conditioner to basic an arm. Separate the compressor from the engine and tie up it aside to the panel передка.
Turn out three fixing bolts and remove a basic arm of the compressor.
Operating in strictly certain sequence, gradually, on a half-turn for the approach, ослабьте bolts of fastening of the case газораспределительного the mechanism.
Turn out fixing bolts and remove the case газораспределительного the mechanism and its sealing lining.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Make sure of absoluteness of cleanliness and dryness of interfaced surfaces of the case and a head of cylinders, — from surfaces all smallest traces of a material of an old lining should be removed.
Before case installation газораспределительного the mechanism make sure of correctness of combination of labels of gear wheels of camshafts.
Lay a new lining on an interfaced surface of a head of cylinders. Press to a head the case газораспределительного the mechanism, screw fixing bolts and, operating in strictly certain order, in stages in regular intervals tighten them with demanded effort.
The further installation is made an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Pay attention to following moments: Check up клапанные backlashes, in case of need make corresponding updating (Check and adjustment of backlashes of valves (engines of 1.7 l DOHC see). Adjust tension of a belt of drive ГРМ (Removal and installation of a belt of drive ГРМ see). Check up connection of a hose and a tube of return of fuel on presence of signs of development of leaks.
