On engines of 2.0 l at installation the new bolt of fastening of an asterisk is required. |

- Cock a lay brake, поддомкратьте redock of the car and establish it on props. Remove the right forward wheel and (at a corresponding complete set) protection картера.
- Remove a belt of a drive of auxiliary units (Routine maintenance see the Head), — preliminary put on a tape of a belt marks of a direction of its rotation.
- Ослабьте a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a cranked shaft, — for the purpose of blocking of a cranked shaft from проворачивания ask the assistant to include the higher transfer and against the stop to squeeze out a pedal of a foot brake. On models with АТ give one of bolts of fastening of the hydrotransformer and attach приводной a disk to a dome of transmission by means of a steel lath of pair the suitable bolts equipped with washers. - Turn out fixing and remove a pulley from a pin of a cranked shaft. Having removed a pulley, check up an epiploon condition, - in case of need make replacement of the last.

Installation
|
|
- Accurately establish a pulley on a pin of a cranked shaft, having tracked correctness of landing шпоночного a groove on шпонку. Make sure of completeness of landing of a pulley, — try not to damage working edges of an epiploon.

|
- Screw a new bolt with the washer planted on it.
|
|
- Block a cranked shaft from проворачивания the same method that was used at removal, tighten a bolt of fastening with effort of 1st stage, then hold on it on corners, stages 2 and 3 (take advantage of a goniometric nozzle, or put a paint or a marker basic labels).

|
- Establish a belt of a drive of auxiliary units (Routine maintenance see the Head), — track observance of an initial direction of rotation (see the marks put at removal).
- Establish protection картера and a forward wheel.
- Lower the car on the earth, then tighten fastenings of a wheel with demanded effort.
