Removal and installation маслоохладителя
Removal
Engines of 1.7 l SOHC

|
- Remove a forward bumper (the Body see the Head).
- Disconnect oil tubes from the top and bottom parts маслоохладителя, — prepare for gathering of spilt oil.
- Turn out a fixing bolt from the top part маслоохладителя and liberate last from a basic arm, having pulled it downwards and outside.

Engines of 1.7 l DOHC
|
|
- Strongly cock a lay brake, поддомкратьте redock of the car and establish it on props. At a corresponding complete set remove protection картера. Маслоохладитель it is established behind in the left part of the block of cylinders.
- Empty cooling system (see the Head of System of cooling, heating), or press clamps hoses охладительного a cooling path directly over маслоохладителем. Prepare for possible passage of a cooling liquid at a detachment of hoses. For the purpose of providing of access to hoses, remove an air tube / a hose turbocompressor (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
- Establish under the oil filter drain capacity. Release штуцерное connection of a returnable hose маслоохладителя, ослабьте a collar and disconnect a hose.
- Ослабьте fixing collars also disconnect from маслоохладителя hoses, liberate from clamps electroconducting.
- Turn out a unique bolt of fastening of the case of the oil filter to the block of cylinders. Will throw out a sealing ring, — at assemblage it is subject to replacement without fail.

Engines of 2.0 l
|
|
- Маслоохладитель it is established in front on the left part of the block of cylinders and will draw bolts to a forward part of the case of the oil filter. For the purpose of providing of access cock a lay brake, поддомкратьте redock of the car and establish it on props. At a corresponding complete set remove protection картера.
- For the purpose of minimisation of losses of a cooling liquid, press hoses of system of cooling from both parties маслоохладителя clamps. Ослабьте collars also remove hoses, — prepare for gathering of a spilt liquid.
- Wipe absolutely surfaces around маслоохладителя, turn out fixing bolts and remove маслоохладитель together with sealing rings from the case of the oil filter.

Installation
Engines of 1.7 l SOHC
|
|
- Fill маслоохладитель in an arm and tighten a fixing bolt with demanded effort.
- Connect the top and bottom tubes, having tightened штуцерные sockets with demanded effort.
- Establish a forward bumper (the Body see the Head).
- Check up oil level in the engine, in case of need make corresponding updating (Routine maintenance see the Head).

Engines of 1.7 l DOHC
|
|

Establish a new sealing ring in a flute on a back part маслоохладителя, then press маслоохладитель to the block of cylinders.
|
|
- Make sure of reliability of fastening of a hose on маслоохладителе. Check up, that the ledge in the case of the oil filter has entered into a reciprocal flute on arm Fuel pump. Screw the central bolt and tighten it with demanded effort.
|
|
- Connect to маслоохладителю hoses охладительного a path and fix their collars.
- Lower the car on the earth. Check up level buttering, in case of need make corresponding updating (Routine maintenance see the Head).
- If removed, establish to the place of an inlet air line.
- Fill cooling system (see the Head of System of cooling, heating).
- Start the engine and make sure of absence of signs of development of leaks.

Engines of 2.0 l
|
|
- Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Do not forget to replace sealing rings.
- In summary check up level of a cooling liquid and add, in case of need make refuelling of system of cooling (see the Head of System of cooling, heating).
