Remember that developed in the course of work of brake mechanisms the dust can contain extremely unhealthy the person asbestos. At all do not use for rubbing of components of brake system by gasoline or solvents on an oil basis, - apply only firm cleaners or methyl spirit! |

Removal
|
|
- Prop up forward wheels противооткатными boots, поддомкратьте a back of the car and establish it on props, remove a corresponding back wheel.
- Completely lower the lever of a lay brake and release an adjusting nut for the purpose of easing приводного a cable.
- Screw-driver wring out the executive lever of a lay brake behind a support of the brake mechanism of a back wheel and disconnect from it приводной a cable. Release a lock nut and liberate a cover of a cable from a basic arm on remove.
- Uncover tank GTTS put under it a polyethylene film and screw on a place, - подкладывание films герметизирует landing of a cover and will prevent вытекание liquids at отпускании штуцерного connections of a flexible brake hose. Alternatively the hose can be pressed a suitable clamp.
- Carefully wipe штуцерное hose connection on a support. Turn out a hollow bolt of a socket and remove copper sealing washers, - washers are subject to replacement without fail. At once закупорьте the open end of a hose and the union in order to avoid hit in dirt system.
- Remove brake колодки (Replacement колодок disk brake mechanisms of back wheels see). Remove a support from the top directing bearing.

- In case of need turn out a bolt of fastening (3) анкерной скобы (4) supports to the bottom lever of a suspension bracket.

Repair
The back support is not subject to regenerative repair and in case of failure is replaced in gathering.
|
|
- Remove with анкерной скобы the bottom directing rack and carefully it wipe. In case of revealing of signs of excessive deterioration replace a rack, - before installation it is necessary to grease a rack with silicone greasing.
- If the support is equipped демпфирующий грузиком, disconnect a spring and turn out a bolt of fastening of a cable of a lay brake. Transfer corresponding details on a new support and tighten a fixing bolt with demanded effort, preliminary having greased its carving with fixing hermetic.

Installation
|
|
- If removed, establish анкерную скобу a support on the suspension bracket lever. Screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort, - before installation it is necessary to grease a carving part of bolts with fixing hermetic.
- Clear the top directing rack of a support and grease with its silicone greasing. Plant a support on a rack and establish brake колодки (Replacement колодок disk brake mechanisms of back wheels see).
- Having replaced sealing washers, connect to a support a flexible brake hose. Make sure of correctness of landing of a hose in support dredging, then tighten штуцерный a bolt with demanded effort.
- Remove a clamp pressing a hose, or or remove polyethylene from under a cover of tank GTTS and pump over brake system (Prorolling of brake system see).

It is enough to pump over only that contour which support acted in film. |
- Fix a cable of a drive of a lay brake on a support an arm of a support and fix its fixing bracket.
- Wring out the executive lever and connect to its hook приводной a cable.
- Some times squeeze out a pedal of a foot brake on purpose усадки колодок.
- Make adjustment приводного a cable of a lay brake (Adjustment of a drive of a lay brake see), then establish a cover on a control lever.
- Establish a wheel, lower the car on the earth and tighten wheel bolts with demanded effort.
- Check up liquid level in tank GTTS, in case of need make corresponding updating (Routine maintenance see the Head).
- Before to start car operation, check up serviceability of functioning of brake system.
