Removal, check of serviceability of functioning and installation of the return valve of the vacuum amplifier of brakes

- By means of a screw-driver accurately remove a vacuum hose with a transitive nozzle from a forward part of assemblage of the servo-driver of the vacuum amplifier of brakes.
- Disconnect a hose from the inlet pipeline (petrol models) / the vacuum pump (diesel models). Remove a hose from the car.
- Hose sections can be replaced in an individual order, separately from the valve and transitive nozzles. A sharp knife cut off a hose from a corresponding part. Cut off a piece of a new hose of the corresponding length and densely pull it on a detail, - pay attention that the return valve is established by the arrow put on it to the inlet pipeline.

Check

- Check up the return valve, hoses and transitive nozzles with presence of mechanical damages, defective units replace. The return valve can be checked up by blowing off from each of the parties. In one direction the valve should pass air freely, in opposite (from the amplifier to the pipeline / to the pump) - not to pass at all. The faulty valve is subject to replacement.
