Removal and installation of the vacuum pump of the servo-driver of the brake amplifier (diesel models)

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. On models with engines of 1.7 l the vacuum pump is strengthened on a back part of the generator. On engines of 2.0 l the vacuum pump is strengthened in the left part of a head of cylinders. To the pump on  l models 1.7  it is possible to provide access by removal of a thermofilter of a reception pipe of a collector, or generator dismantle (the engine Electric equipment see the Head).

  1. On  l models 1.7  cock a lay brake, поддомкратьте redock of the car and establish it on props. At a corresponding complete set remove protection картера.
  2. On models 2.0 of l for the purpose of providing of access ослабьте collars also remove inlet air lines and a sleeve conducting from the turbine to intercoolerу. Disconnect a small vacuum hose from the bottom part of the vacuum pump, turn out bolts of two elevating eyes of the power unit on a left-hand side of a head of cylinders. Liberate fuel tubes from basic arms and take away a routeing trench of electroconducting with an arm downwards from the vacuum pump.
  1. Disconnect from the pump a vacuum tube of the amplifier, holding the big nut штуцерного a socket, release small, - on some models the socket of fast joining (2) is used.
  1. On  l models 1.7  give штуцерную a nut and disconnect from the pump маслоподающую a tube. Disconnect also масловозвратную a tube, merge oil in the prepared capacity. At once закупорьте apertures for the purpose of hit prevention in dirt system.
  2. Turn out fixing bolts, - pay attention to basic arms fixed by them, - and remove the pump with шлицов the generator (the engine 1.7 ) or from a head of cylinders (the engine 2.0 ).
  3. Remove a sealing ring from the generator (the engine 1.7 ), or pump flutes (the engine 2.0 ), - the ring is subject to replacement without fail. On engines of 1.7 l if it is necessary, put marks on internal in relation to the case of the pump a plate, remove a plate and a sealing lining.

Installation

Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to following moments.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. On l models 1.7 before pump installation pour in about 5 ml of pure impellent oil in an aperture under installation маслоподающей tubes.
  2. Clear interfaced surfaces and establish a new sealing ring.
  3. On l models 1.7 , having established the pump on the generator, manually check up freedom of its rotation.
