Removal and installation of a pedal of a foot brake

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Disconnect a negative wire from the battery and take him aside.
Remove the panel of devices (the Onboard electric equipment see the Head).
Turn out lateral nuts of fastening of a basic arm of a pedal to a steering cross-beam.
In car salon turn out fixing screws and remove lateral panels of furnish of a driver's foot well.
Release rotary clamps and remove the left bottom section of furnish of the panel of devices. Remove a sleeve of giving of air in a driver's foot well. Disconnect electroconducting from the gauge-switch of stoplights, turn the switch and liberate it from a pedal arm.
Give fixing nuts and remove from the panel of a floor an accelerator pedal.
Disconnect burn down electroconductings from the holder of the assembly block of safety locks.
Unhook a returnable spring.
Having hooked a screw-driver, remove a clamp and take a fastening pin to a pedal of a cutting finger of a rod of the servo-driver of the vacuum amplifier. Remove a washer.
Give nuts of fastening of the vacuum amplifier to an arm of a pedal and remove an arm in gathering with a pedal, - the working space is rather limited. At first separate an arm from racks of a steering cross-beam, then unbend it upwards and with turn remove, - try not to damage electroconducting and the components located in immediate proximity. In case of need remove an intermediate shaft of a steering column (the Suspension bracket and a steering see the Head).
Having remembered pedal installation Give a fixing nut and remove a pedal axis, - try to remember adjusting position of components. Remove from an arm a pedal, plugs and a returnable spring.
Check up components of pedal assemblage on presence of signs of deterioration and mechanical damages. Special attention give to a condition of axial plugs. Defective components replace.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Grease rubbing and basic surfaces of components of assemblage with universal greasing. Establish a pedal on an arm, screw fixing nuts and tighten them with demanded effort.
Accurately get pedal assemblage on the regular place and arrange it on a partition of an impellent compartment, having tracked correctness of combination of apertures in an arm with hairpins of the servo-driver of the vacuum amplifier of brakes. Screw fixing nuts and tighten them with demanded effort. If removed, establish into place an intermediate shaft of a steering column (the Suspension bracket and a steering see the Head).
Connect to a pedal a pusher of the vacuum amplifier and fix its pin and a clamp.
Connect a returnable spring of a pedal.
Fix burn down electroconductings on the basis of the assembly block of safety locks.
Connect electroconducting to an accelerator pedal, establish a pedal and tighten fixing nuts.
Before installation of the gauge-switch of stoplights on an arm, drown completely it плунжер. Fill the gauge-switch on the regular place and, having turned, fix in an arm. Attach electroconducting. Squeeze out a pedal and extend плунжер the gauge-switch. After отпускания pedals плунжер will occupy working position.
Establish a sleeve of giving of air in a driver's foot well and the bottom section of furnish of the panel of devices.
Establish lateral panels of furnish of a driver's foot well.
Screw and tighten lateral nuts of fastening of an arm of a pedal to a steering cross-beam.
Establish the panel of devices (the Onboard electric equipment see the Head).
Connect a negative wire to the battery.
Check up serviceability of functioning of a pedal and the gauge-switch of stoplights.
