The hydraulic modulator and the electronic control block (ECU)

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the storage battery (the engine Electric equipment see the Head).
  2. Disconnect two multicontact sockets from an arm of the assembly block of the relay.
  3. Uncover the assembly block, liberate last from a basic arm and take him aside.
  4. Liberate from an arm electroconducting plaits.
  5. Give three fixing nuts and remove a basic arm of the assembly block of the relay.
  6. Remove the holder from brake tubes.
  7. Uncover tank GTTS and pump out its all liquid by means of a syringe or a rubber pear.
  8. Mark brake tubes, release nuts штуцерных sockets and disconnect tubes from the modulator, - for the purpose of rounding off prevention шлицов hardly tightened nuts take advantage накидным of a key with a cutting head. Prepare for gathering of a spilt liquid, - enclose under штуцерные sockets connection rags. Also disconnect brake tubes from ГТЦ (Removal and installation of the main brake cylinder see). At once закупорьте or stick with an aperture adhesive tape in the modulator, the cylinder and tubes for the purpose of hit prevention in dirt system.
  1. Having released a clamp, disunite a special multicontact socket in the top part of the hydromodulator.
  1. Give fixing bolts / of a nut, remove the modulator and the block of management ABS from a basic arm and take them from an impellent compartment, - try not to suppose hit of a brake liquid on painted кузовные a surface.

For the purpose of minimisation of losses of a liquid do not overturn the modulator in the course of dismantle.

Installation

Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components.

Wheel gauges

Replacement

Gauges are built in naves of wheels and in case of failure are subject to replacement complete with them (the Suspension bracket and a steering see the Head).

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Accurately having hooked a screw-driver, remove the gauge from the panel of devices, - in order to avoid panel damage enclose under a screw-driver a piece of a cardboard or rags.

Installation

Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components.

The block of management ABS

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the hydromodulator with gathering by the electronic block of management (ECU) ABS (see above).
  2. Disconnect electroconducting, in turn out fixing bolts and remove ECU ABS from the hydromodulator, - try not to damage the holder of the coil.
  3. Remove established between the holder of the coil and the management block a sealing element.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Lay a new sealing element, establish ECU on assemblage of the hydromodulator and in some stages tighten new fixing bolts with demanded effort (Specifications see), - do not suppose deformation ECU at its installation on the modulator. If bolts are wrapped hardly, it is necessary to replace the block in gathering.

If at removal between the hydromodulator and the management block the spring plate has been established, to establish it into place does not follow.

  1. The further installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components.
