Replacement

  1. Cock a lay brake, поддомкратьте redock of the car and establish it on props. Remove a corresponding forward wheel.
  1. Remove a support of the brake mechanism and, without disconnecting a flexible hydraulic hose, tie up it aside to suspension bracket elements, - a hose liberate from a basic arm on remove, preliminary having released a clamp, - remove a brake disk (the Brake system see the Head).
  1. Remove a protective cap ступичной nuts, block a nave from проворачивания, keeping its mount filled between two temporarily screwed wheel bolts, take шплинт and give a nut.

The nut is tightened very hardly.

  1. Take шплинт and give a nut of fastening of a steering tip. By means of a stripper squeeze out a spherical finger of a tip of the lever on a rotary fist. Give a fixing nut and disconnect vertical draught of the stabilizer from a suspension bracket rack.
  2. Turn out a bolt of a collar of fastening of a finger of a spherical support to a fist, - try to remember adjusting position of a bolt.

Composers of the present Management recommend to replace a bolt and a nut without fail.

  1. With chisel or the big screw-driver dissolve a collar in the bottom part of a fist.
  1. Wringing out the bottom lever of a suspension bracket, liberate a finger of a spherical support from a collar. Take a rack aside and release the lever, - try not to damage пыльник a spherical support.
  1. On equipped ABS models disconnect electroconducting from the wheel gauge.
  1. Take away a fist outside, having pushed out from a nave a power shaft pin, - in case of need beat out a shaft a hammer through brass выколотку.
  2. Mark mutual position of an external holder of the bearing, a fist and a basis plate.
  1. From the back party of a fist turn out three bolts of fastening подшипниковой assemblages, - at assemblage bolts are subject to replacement without fail.
  1. Remove from a fist (4) подшипниковую assemblage and a plate of the basis (3), - try not to damage electroconducting of the wheel gauge.
  1. The podshipnikovyj knot is built in in ступичную assemblage and its dismantle it is not obviously possible. In case of an exit any of nave elements out of operation all assemblage is subject to replacement.
  2. Having smoothed out interfaced surfaces, press a basis plate to a fist, - track correctness of combination of the components of landing labels put in the course of dismantle. Slightly grease fixing анаэробным with hermetic a carving part of new fixing bolts, then screw the last and in some stages tighten them with demanded effort (Specifications see).
  3. Delay a fist outside and fill in a nave a power shaft pin. Establish a washer, then screw a nut and, slightly it tighten, achieving completeness of landing of a pin of a shaft in a nave. The definitive tightening of a nut is made later (see more low).
  4. On equipped ABS models connect electroconducting to the wheel gauge, wring out downwards the bottom lever and fill a finger of a spherical support in a fist collar.
  5. Take from the collar lock unclenching wedge and fill a new bolt. Tighten a nut with demanded effort.
  6. Plant in a fist a tip of steering draught and tighten a nut of its fastening with demanded effort. In case of need fix a nut new шплинтом. Connect vertical draught of the stabilizer of cross-section stability for a rack of a suspension bracket and tighten a nut of fastening with demanded effort.
  7. Having blocked a nave from проворачивания mount, in some stages tighten it ступичную a nut with demanded effort (Specifications see). Establish new шплинт and bend its external leg round a nut. An internal leg шплинта bend inside, then обкусите the free end.
  8. Establish a protective cap ступичной nuts.
  9. Establish into place components of the brake mechanism (the Brake system see the Head).
  10. Establish a forward wheel, lower the car on the earth and tighten wheel bolts with demanded effort.
