PERFORMANCE ORDER

Result forward wheels of the car in rectilinear position, take a key from the lock of ignition and block a steering wheel. In a driver's foot well turn out a bolt of fastening of the bottom part of an intermediate shaft of a steering column to an entrance shaft of the steering mechanism. Separate an intermediate shaft and take him aside. Remove the storage battery with the adjusting pallet (the engine Electric equipment see the Head). On models Zafira in a back part of an impellent compartment remove rubber consolidation and a plastic cover. Give fixing nuts and remove the basic cover from a partition. Fix a radiator on the panel передка, having passed two bolts in lateral fastenings, - the bottom, rubber support of a radiator are established on a stretcher. Uncover the assembly block of the relay in the left part of an impellent compartment and take from the landing nest system GUR safety lock. Release clamps, disconnect колодку a safety lock from the general колодки and take it together with conducting. Release a fixing nut and disconnect the tyre of grounding of electroconducting of a steering from кузовной panels, - try to remember the scheme of a lining of a plait, then lower last downwards on картер the steering mechanism. Hang out from above the power unit, - two elevating eyes are located in the left part of a head of the cylinders, one - in right (the Engine see the Head). At a corresponding complete set remove protection картера and a thermofilter of the steering mechanism. Remove a forward bumper (the Body see the Head). Remove sections of protection of an arch of the right forward wheel. Disconnect from two parties vertical draughts of the stabilizer of cross-section stability from suspension bracket racks. Turn out bolts of coupling collars of a rotary fist and liberate from them fingers of the bottom spherical support. Remove a reception pipe of system, каталитический the converter and average section of system of release of the fulfilled gases (see the Head of the Power supply system and release). Try to remember the scheme of installation of the steering mechanism over a back support of the power unit, then separate last from a basic arm on a stretcher (Automatic transmission see the Head).
Separate a back support of the power unit from картера transmissions.
Turn out the central bolt of a forward support of a suspension bracket of the power unit. On the models equipped К/В, disconnect the resonator from forward right section of a stretcher.

Accurately mark position of a stretcher and bolts of its fastening concerning a car body, - experts use at installation special conductors. Turn out bolts of fastening of a stretcher. If necessary rubber support can be replaced, but only in pairs (for example, right and left together). Squeezing of support can be made by means of a long carving core, pair of nuts with washers and a piece of a metal tube. In case of need turn out fixing bolts and remove a basic arm of the mechanism of a gear change.

Installation

Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components.
